The Shri Tirupati Shiksha Prasar Samiti of Ekdil was formed as an educational initiative in response to the emerging trends and global challenges of both the educational and industrial world, by a group of leaders from Industry, trade, business and academia domains. And the objective of this amazing group was to produce top quality professionals who can work for the benefit of others and make their life easy. Hence we practice the democratic and collaborative way of working and leading people and we have even given the required flexibility and freedom to our teachers for adopting teaching methodologies as per their convenience and knowledge.

What biggest challenges do you see, both for higher education in general and for SRLT Group of Institutes specifically?

Higher education, in general, serves broader societal objectives and also a wide array of students having differing needs, resources and capacities. But if I talk about the challenges students face while deciding to pursue a higher education course, finding ways to reduce the financial burden on parents and increase the productivity of the education process has always been a challenge for them. And from an institution perspective, discovering new technologies to deliver seamless online education to students, filtering out competent, excellent and confident students which can cater to industry and society needs are some of the biggest hurdles they need to acknowledge and resolve on an earliest basis and in my opinion, recently introduced National Education Policy will act as a ray of hope for both students and institutions.
