From the early years of my life, I have been very passionate about educating young and ambitious students of our society, because a Teacher not only improves students' lives by making them literate but also contributes to nation building by establishing a well-educated population. Also the experience is totally worth cherishing and satisfying when I connect with the students, instruct them to do a task or explore their thought process, inclinations and mindset throughout the interaction.
Apart from this, the dynamic and challenging nature of the educational world regularly pushes us to conduct research about the emerging technologies and changes and trends taking place in the field so that best quality knowledge could be delivered to students. Last but not the least, being with the young generation, we too feel young and energetic. So I would say all these factors combinedly have kept me associated with the world of education.

Also, we have divided our MBA program into 2 parts namely academic and co-curricular, and on one hand in the academic approach we use real-time case studies to deliver lectures and also assign projects to students to explore their classroom learning and prepare themselves for the actual scenarios. Because the MBA is not any traditional course and demands the ground work experience and hence we encourage students to be mentally preoccupied with some innovative thoughts even when they are sitting idle.
Apart from all this, we ask them to capture different taglines from different sources and then prepare programs on topics like IPR or Intellectual Property Rights, because in today’s competitive world, it's essential for Management people and budding Entrepreneurs to have a thorough awareness about these topics. Irrespective of their economic or personal backgrounds. Also, in the classroom, when students of villages and cities sit together, responsibilities come on us and we put our 100% efforts to transform them into well-groomed individuals. Along with this, liaison hours are given to students so that they can know their peers well and share their knowledge with each other and gaps between their skills can be fulfilled on time.
Any suggestions which you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?
I would advise my dear students and youths of our society to regularly upgrade their knowledge and skills, be proactive, competent and confident. Also, learn from your failures and don’t assume your phone to be your best friend. So, don’t get addicted to phone and social media which waste your time and also regularly interact with good and highly educated people of your society. Apart from this, stay updated with the latest happenings, trends and demands of your outer world, be vocal with everybody you know.
