Laxmipati Group of Institutions

You have been associated with the education industry for so long, what keeps you connected with the Education Sector and how has your experience been so far?

Working in education has been really satisfying for me. The best part is helping students grow smarter and as people. Seeing them get better and become more confident is awesome. Moreover, education is always changing, so it's never boring. We're always trying out new ways to teach and keeping up with the latest technology and rules. At college, we all work together to ensure students have a great learning experience. It feels good to be part of something important where we are helping people shape their futures. Helping students learn, supporting them through their academic journey, and being part of a community that's shaping the future feels incredibly rewarding to me as a professor and an administrative officer.

What are the factors that make your institute the best for the students to opt?

Our program is the best choice for students because of several important reasons. We're committed to making sure our teaching is top-notch at a very affordable price. Our courses are carefully put together to make sure they're up-to-date and relevant to what's happening in the real world. We have experienced and qualified teachers who make learning interesting and help our students think critically and develop their skills. We also focus on giving students practical experiences, so that they are ready for challenges outside of the classroom. And if they ever need help, we have support available, like tutoring and counselling. We also make sure our admission process is fair and that we're involved in our community, making our program a great choice for students who want a meaningful educational experience

How does the curriculum ensure the best practice of industry?

We are a group of institutes and are affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and with Barkatullah University. Our teaching plan is carefully designed to give students a real-world understanding of what they're learning. We mix in things like practical projects and real-life situations to help students understand how their lessons apply in the working world. We also team up with companies, have professionals talk to our students, and offer internships so they can see what's happening in their chosen field. This way, our students leave well-prepared to handle whatever comes their way in their careers.

Any insights into how your institutes could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

We welcome students from every section of society. Scholarship facilities are available for the students in the institutes. We do not have any restrictions on admissions or acceptance of students based on race, income or background. All are welcome to partake in our educational facilities.

What would you like people to know about your institute they may not know?

I want people to understand that Laxmipati Group is more than just a place for studying. Here students come together to learn and grow. We don't just stick to old-fashioned teaching methods, we're always exploring new ideas by doing research and working with different industries. Our campus welcomes and encourages students to be creative and explore their interests outside of the classroom program. We have great facilities, like labs and support services, to make sure students have everything they need to do well. We are also big on being environmentally friendly and socially responsible because we think it's important to care about the world we live in.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

Young people and students should always be open to learning new things. Learning does not stop once you graduate from college. Be attentive during class and ask questions of your teachers. Learn how to apply theoretical knowledge to solve real-world problems. Take up internships as and when you can to expand your knowledge.
