Dr. Sunil Kumar Patidar is the Principal of the Liberal College of Law. He has obtained his BA & MA degrees from BSN Government College. Further, he has done his B.ed, M.ed and PhD from Barkatulla University. He is an active participant in numerous national and international workshops and seminars. He has presented many of his papers in seminars.

You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
My steadfast connection to the education field is motivated by my deep faith in its capacity for transformation and my dedication to raising the next generation. I'm anchored in this area by a few important elements.
First of all, it is incredibly rewarding to see how education affects people's lives and society as a whole. Understanding how pupils change, acquire knowledge, and hone critical thinking abilities highlights the crucial role education plays in determining the future. Second, education's dynamic nature constantly offers new challenges and opportunities. I stay interested and motivated to innovate by embracing these difficulties, whether it's adjusting to technological changes or changing teaching approaches.
Additionally, the collaborative atmosphere that is fostered by the education sector encourages lifelong learning. Interacting with many stakeholders, such as students, teachers, and specialists, enhances my own expertise and viewpoints.
Being the Principal of the College, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
As the college's principal, my approach to leadership is focused on developing an atmosphere that encourages people to realize their full potential while promoting a feeling of community and shared purpose. My leadership style can be characterized as inclusive and transformative. I firmly believe in setting high standards for moral character, competence, and commitment. My leadership style is based on open communication and transparency. I encourage different viewpoints and ideas from teachers, staff, and students and value their contribution. I also see myself as a catalyst for development and innovation. I encourage a culture of continual development by assisting professors as they strive for excellence in both their teaching and research. For both staff and students, I place a high value on mentorship and chances for professional development their academic and personal development.
Being the Principal of College, how do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your college?
One of the most important aspects of my job as Principal is strategizing important strategies and initiatives for the college's administration and marketing. My comprehensive approach places a strong emphasis on alignment with the institution's goal and the changing requirements of the community and students.
I make decisions based on data first and foremost. To comprehend demographic fluctuations, educational trends, and market demands, we regularly perform market research. Our program choices and marketing plans are based on this. I also place a high priority on working with department heads and academics. They offer priceless insights into the creation of academic programs, ensuring the relevance and creativity of our curriculum. This cooperation extends to marketing initiatives, as faculty knowledge aids in effectively articulating the advantages of our programs.

What do you think should be the University’s top priority over the next 10 years?
Over the coming ten years, the University's major aim should be to adapt to and succeed in an ever- changing educational environment. Adopt digital learning infrastructure and technology. This entails expanding the selection of online courses, spending money on e-learning materials, and making sure the school is technologically adaptable.
Encourage an environment that values research and innovation. Encourage academic staff and students to carry out innovative research that helps to address real-world problems as well as academic success. Develop connections with the neighborhood through outreach initiatives, internships, and group initiatives that advance society. To ensure that all students have the tools necessary for success, improve student support services with an emphasis on mental health, career counseling, and financial aid.
When you first came to the Liberal College of Law, what was your vision for the university? Has it evolved over time, and how far along in implementing that vision are you?
When I first joined Liberal College of Law, my goal for the school was to make it a dynamic organization known for developing not only outstanding attorneys but also moral leaders who would inspire societal change. My initial objectives were to raise academic standards by enlisting eminent professors, using cutting-edge instructional strategies, and providing a wide array of specialized legal program and placing a strong emphasis on social responsibility and ethics in legal education to better prepare students for both successful professions and service to society.
What would you like people to know about your university they may not know?
There are various facets of our college that are important to know yet that many people may not be aware of. We provide students with a well-rounded education by offering distinctive and interdisciplinary programs that merge law with other disciplines like technology, business, and social sciences. Our college has a sizable alumni and industry network that presents beneficial chances for internships, mentorships, and professional progression. We place a high priority on legal research, with faculty and students working on cutting-edge initiatives that advance legal scholarship and address current legal concerns. Cybersecurity, tech infrastructure, and online learning platforms all demand constant investment and modification. As the expense of higher education rises, it becomes more difficult for students to pay for a high-quality education. Institutions must give financial aid and develop long-term funding strategies.
Ensuring that students from all backgrounds have equal access to higher education is an ongoing problem. On college campuses, achieving diversity and inclusion is still a top objective. Adapting curricula and encouraging international cooperation are necessary to prepare students for a globalized world and to solve global concerns. The qualities of resilience and adaptability are crucial for overcoming challenges. Establish a reliable professional network. Networking can lead to opportunities and offer insightful information.
Put your mental and physical well-being first. A balanced lifestyle increases output and general well-being. Maintain high moral standards both in your private and work lives. Long-term success requires a high level of integrity and ethics. Develop a global perspective. Accept variety and look for opportunities to learn from various cultures and viewpoints.
What are some plans that you’re currently (or will be) designing for Liberal College of Law international affairs and/or students?
Our goal at the Liberal College of Law is to give our students better access to worldwide affairs and opportunities. Here are a few projects and initiatives that we are planning or thinking about right now. In order to give our students additional opportunities to study abroad, we are attempting to strengthen our alliances with overseas universities. Our students will be able to encounter other legal systems and obtain a global perspective through these exchanges. We are creating internship programs with international law companies, organizations, and government entities. Our students will gain practical exposure in a range of legal settings through these internships.
How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship and environment in your Liberal College of Law?
