Do you have any extracurricular activities/ programs to enhance the skills of the students or expose them to real world challenges?

Yes, we conduct extracurricular activities in our department by doing various sponsored seminars and webinars for the students where various experts join in to give information about recent changes in the industry and technologies implemented in the pharmaceutical industries.

What are the challenges you faced/ are facing to uplift the quality of education of your department?

The challenges that we are facing in our department are dilution, which means there are no entrance exams held for the pharmacy students due to students from various backgrounds taking admissions and studying pharmacy, due to which the quality of being a pharmacist is being degraded. So there should be entrance exams so that it helps us build a quality pharmaceutical student.

My vision is to provide the best knowledge to the students as well as help those who are in need in various circumstances that are related to their personal lives or education.

What valuable advice would you like to give to the students to have a prosperous career ahead?

The advice I want to give to students is that they should know what they want to do in their lives after B-Pharmacy, whether they want to join an industry, a hospital, or a field as well as the research sector. The course includes everything, but it's up to the students which sector they have to join, and if they have decided, they can move on easier and can move forward, or else they will be stuck at the end.
