IIM Jammu 2021 PI round will be conducted via zoom call as the pandemic situation does not allow a face-to-face meeting with the candidates. Like other IIMs, IIM Jammu PI and GD rounds are held through CAP counseling. After the successful completion of CAP counseling, if any seat/ seats are left vacant, the institute then conducts IIM SAP for candidates who could not qualify for the CAP counseling. The process remains the same for the IIM CAP and SAP and the PI round and GD round questions are also the same.
The interview round for the IIM Jammu majorly involves questions related to personality and General awareness as the majority of the candidates applying at the institute are fresh minds. The PI round of IIM Jammu consists of 2 or 3 panels coming from top IIMs such as IIM Lucknow, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Kolkata, etc. The panel in the PI round judges the candidates on the following aspects:

Cracking the GD round is a bit tough as the panel constantly analyzes each and every candidate based on their interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and attitude.
