IIM CAP 2026 Venue and Slot Selection Window Now Open; Check Now @cap2026.iimj.ac.in

Candidates seeking admission to the prestigious Common Admission Process (CAP) 2026 for IIMs can now select their preferred interview venues and time slots. The portal is live, and candidates must act quickly to secure their preferred locations.

The CAP 2026 process is the gateway for admission into the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management across the participating newer and baby IIMs. The Venue-Slot Selection window is currently active and will close on February 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

The stage 2 application fee is structured by category: candidates in the General, NC-OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay Rs. 2000, while candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and PwD categories must pay a fee of Rs. 1000. It is crucial to complete this payment and slot selection promptly, as venues are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Personal Interviews are scheduled across various cities: Mumbai and Hyderabad will hold sessions from February 23 to February 27, 2026, followed by IIM Jammu on March 2 and March 3, 2026, and Bengaluru from March 2 to March 7, 2026. Kolkata interviews are set for March 3 to March 7 and March 9 to March 14, 2026, while Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru will both hold sessions from March 9 to March 14, 2026. Bengaluru continues from March 16 to March 21, 2026, overlapping with Delhi-NCR from March 16 to March 21, 2026, and Mumbai from March 17 to March 21, 2026. The final rounds include Delhi-NCR and Mumbai from March 23 to March 28, 2026, IIM Bodh Gaya from March 24 to March 26, 2026, and IIM Sirmaur on March 30 and March 31, 2026.
