These initiatives aim to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. Professional visits expose students to the operational aspects of industries, providing insights that go beyond textbooks. Certification courses are designed to equip them with industry-relevant skills, enhancing their employability. Moreover, integrating real-time examples into our teaching methodologies ensures that students grasp concepts in the context of their practical applications, preparing them to navigate real-world challenges and excel in their chosen fields. 

What valuable advice would you like to share with the students for a prosperous career ahead?

I advise my students to stay abreast of the latest technological developments and maximize every learning opportunity. It's crucial to make the best use of time and seize every opportunity that comes their way, as the experiences gained throughout the journey are invaluable. Continuous learning and skill upgrading are essential in our rapidly changing digital landscape. Setting realistic goals and dedicating full efforts to achieve them is a key aspect of a prosperous career. I also encourage them to cultivate a habit of reading, as it fosters rational thinking and contributes to their overall development.

What is your philosophy of leadership? 

Effective leaders don't merely cultivate followers; they nurture additional leaders. As a leader, my approach involves walking alongside my subordinates and guiding them on the path of organizational development.
