How do you tend to establish a relation with the students being the principal of the university? How do you make yourself available to them?

To build and maintain a strong connection with all my students, I make it a priority to meet with each of them every week. During these meetings, we engage in meaningful discussions about their progress, challenges, and recent achievements. This personal interaction not only helps me understand their individual needs better but also fosters a sense of trust and camaraderie among us.

I believe in being proactive in resolving any issues or obstacles my students may be facing, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive academically and personally. Additionally, I take the time to genuinely appreciate their accomplishments, big or small, as this encouragement serves as a driving force for their continuous growth and motivates them to strive for even greater achievements.

What advice would you offer to the present-day youth and aspiring students?

My advice to present-day youth and aspiring students would be that “Success is always a process, never an event.” Embrace your mistakes as they are stepping stones towards growth, so never give up and keep striving to improve. Remember, success rarely happens overnight; it's the result of consistent effort, learning from failures, and adapting along the way. It's natural to encounter obstacles and make mistakes, but those experiences are invaluable lessons that will shape you into a stronger and more resilient individual.
