This includes reviewing and updating the curriculum to incorporate the latest advancements in dental science and technology. 

I also invest in faculty development is crucial to ensure that our educators are equipped with the latest teaching methodologies and skills. I encourage faculty members to attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance their teaching abilities and expertise in their respective fields. We also focus on upgrading our infrastructure and dental facilities is essential to attract top-tier students. I also strive to create a culture of research and innovation within the college by encouraging faculty and students to participate in research projects and publish their findings/

I have extensive experience in the field of pharmacy, having worked as a pharmacist for over ten years and as a faculty member in pharmacy education for the past five years. My expertise is in pharmaceutical sciences, with a focus on clinical pharmacy, pharmacotherapy, and medication management. I have actively engaged in research and scholarly activities, publishing papers in reputable journals and presenting at national and international conferences. Additionally, I have been involved in curriculum development, ensuring that the pharmacy programs align with industry standards and incorporate the latest advancements in the field. Overall, my experience and expertise equip me with a deep understanding of pharmacy practice, education, and research, enabling me to effectively lead the department.
