What do you think should be the University’s top priority over the next 10 years?

In the next 10 years, I believe the university's top priority should be a multi-faceted approach that encompasses several key areas. Firstly, it is crucial to focus on enhancing the placement opportunities for our students. By establishing strong industry connections, fostering internship programs, and providing career-oriented guidance, we can ensure that our graduates are well-equipped for the professional world. Secondly, obtaining accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) should be a significant goal for the institute. The NAAC accreditation serves as a testament to the quality and standards of education provided. It demonstrates our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in all aspects of our institution. Lastly, the overall quality of education should be a paramount concern. It is essential to continually evaluate and improve our teaching methodologies, curricula, and learning resources. Embracing best practices in education, incorporating modern technologies, and encouraging research and innovation will help us provide an enriching and dynamic learning environment for our students. By prioritizing these key areas – high placements, NAAC accreditation, and the continuous improvement of educational quality – the university can position itself as a leading institution that prepares students for successful careers, fosters academic excellence, and contributes to the advancement of knowledge and society as a whole.

What do you see as University’s greatest strengths?

The university's greatest strengths lie in a combination of factors that contribute to a well-rounded and enriching educational experience. Firstly, the provision of best practical training stands out as a significant strength. By offering hands-on experiences, such as mock trials, moot court competitions, and legal clinics, students are equipped with the necessary skills and practical knowledge to excel in their future legal careers. Additionally, the opportunity for frequent tours to esteemed institutions like the High Court, Supreme Court, and High Court Chandigarh enhances students' understanding of the legal system and provides valuable exposure to real-life courtroom proceedings. These visits not only broaden their horizons but also inspire and motivate them to pursue excellence in the field. Overall, the university's greatest strengths lie in its provision of best practical training, frequent tours to esteemed institutions, and its commitment to maintaining a high standard of education. These strengths collectively contribute to an environment that fosters academic excellence, practical skill development, and the holistic growth of its students.
