You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
As the principal of KLE Law College, I am passionate about providing quality education to our students and preparing them for successful careers in the legal field. One of the key factors that keep me connected with the education sector is the opportunity to make a positive impact on the students’ lives and help them to achieve their goals. Seeing our students succeed and go on to make significant contributions to society is incredibly rewarding. Another factor that keeps me connected with the education sector is the constantly evolving nature of the legal profession. As new laws and regulations are introduced, it is essential to stay updated and adapt our curriculum to ensure that our students are well prepared for the challenges they will face in their careers. This requires a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, which is another aspect of the education sector that I find fulfilling. Finally, I am also motivated by the sense of community within the education sector. Collaborating with other educators and institutions to share best practices and develop innovative approaches to teaching and learning is both inspiring and intellectually stimulating. Overall, these factors keep me connected with the education sector and committed to providing the best possible educational experience for our students.

What would you like people to know about your college they may not know?
Unlike National Law Schools and top-right universities, while catering to the focused needs of the student community, the college operates on multi-faceted goals like catering to the needs of trial advocacy, constitutional advocacy and corporate employment and higher education. Academics are considered important; it is ensured through experiential learning in an environment fostered by OBE (Outcome Based Education) with creative continuous environments. Co-curricular activities, extracurricular activities and sports are given equal importance.
