BSPHCL is a state-owned regulation board in Bihar, is also known as BSEB (Bihar state Electricity Board). BSEB has its five subsidiary companies i.e. BSPTCL (Transmission Business), NBPDCL (North Bihar Power Distribution Co. Limited), BSPGCL (Bihar State Power Generation Company Limited), SBPDCL (South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited) and apex Holding Company.
