Mining engineering is an engineering discipline that applies science and technology to the extraction of minerals from the earth. It is one of the 25 papers of GATE exam. GATE Mining Engineering Syllabus is divided into 6 sections. The syllabus is based on the topics studied at graduation level.
- It consists of three sections, viz General Aptitude, Engineering Mathematics, and subject questions.
- There will be total 65 multiple-choice questions and completed in 3 hours.
- A proper GATE Paper Analysis must be done by the candidates about the sections are covered in the exams and must exclude the unworthy sections.
GATE 2020 is scheduled for February 01, 02, 08 and 09, 2020 in online mode. It will be held in 2 shifts (Morning and Afternoon). Candidates can go through GATE syllabus for mining engineering further in this article.
