GATE Biotechnology Cutoff is the minimum marks that will be declared by IIT Delhi for the admissions in M.Tech courses after the declaration of results. The cut offs for Biotechnology will also differ as per the institutes. IIT Delhi has scheduled GATE 2020 for February 1, 2, 8 and 9 in CBT mode. With the declaration of result on March 16, 2020 the authorities will release the cut off.
