NIT Meghalaya GATE Cut off 2025 is the minimum score the candidates require to get admission to M.Tech courses offered at the institute. As per the previous year’s data, competitive programs like Computer Science & Engineering and VLSI & Embedded Systems have had higher GATE cutoffs, ranging between 350 and 500 for the General category. As per the GATE CCMT cutoff 2024, NIT Meghalaya M.Tech. in Fluids and Thermal Engineering turned out to be the most competitive for admission with a last-round cutoff score of 398. In 2023, the cutoff for the same specialization closed at 357. So, it is evident that the last-round closing score saw a jump in 2024 as compared to the previous year for the General AI quota.
