Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd or RCFL recruits management trainees on the basis of GATE Scores. Candidates who have completed their graduation in chemical, mechanical or electrical & Instrumentation Engineering and hold a valid GATE score are eligible to appear for the recruitment process.

  • After the announcement of GATE results, RCFL application forms will be available online but there is no official notification that has been released regarding the recruitment process. 
  • Shortlisted candidates on the basis of their GATE Scores are called for Personal Interview round.
  • The final selection is based on the overall performance of the candidates.
