Going by the newest update, CBSE Board is expected to carry the pending papers for 10th and 12th Class Exams at over 15000 Exam Centres spread across India. In his tweet, HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank mentioned that a complete of 15000 schools are identified by the CBSE Board where the pending Board exams for 10th and 12th Class students would happen. Earlier, the board was slated to carry the exams at only 3000 exam centres; however, the amount of exam centres has been increased exponentially, by nearly 12000, considering the COVID-19 situation and therefore the need for social distancing among the scholars during the board exams.
