It depends on the course you are taking.. for my field I had option to work for banks or credit unions or local insurance companies. Victoria is much of an industry place. but its a great place for Startups.

It was a bittersweet experience due to the strict rules and high level of rigor compared to other universities. Despite pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), the courses often felt more akin to an MBA program. The university emphasized pragmatism and enforced strict adherence to it. However, aside from these challenging moments, everything else about the experience was sweet. The knowledge gained, the outcomes achieved, the supportive community, the people of Victoria, the campus environment – all contributed to a memorable and enriching journey.

Placement you have figure out on your own. The university doesn’t really provide resources. There might be resources and job boards but it’s limited.

It is quite an experience, you have to be prepared at all times. It tries you mentally and physically. There is an excitement. You need to feel it to understand I think.

No opportunities at all we all are finding it very difficult to compete with people who are from better universities and have better credibility.

The college just helped me enter Canada and also enjoyed the city Victoria which is very beautiful apart from that everything is poor.

There were some paid research placement opportunities but not many of them. Independent research is encouraged throughout the program and faculty and instructors can assist you with this.

The program was interdisciplinary and applied. In addition, it was designed for working professionals and delivered distanced (for the full program or majority of it) so students could work and didn't have to stay in Victoria throughout their study period.

It depends on your preferred field and prior experience. Placement is not offered but employment assistance is provided.

Gave me an opportunity to use my previous work experience as a qualifying factor as I had a huge gap in education.

Several job fairs are organized by the university, in which large and local companies participate. Mid-senior level profiles. Salary Range CAD 70,000- 110,000.

Affiliation with the government provided the basis for genuineness and good reputation. The affordability along with the unique programs and preferred courses helped me make up my mind for this university.

There is not a large space for campus placement. University itself ask the students to grow their networking to find jobs. University only prepares students on how to prepare resumes and cover letters or how to approach employers. So, students are totally dependent on themselves to find a job. University also has a job portal but the job posted on that is very limited. So, my suggestion is not to depend on the university to find a full-time job.

1. I was accepted for a master's program at a University without GMAT. 2. The length of my program was just 18 months. 3. I was eligible for direct admission and I wasn't required to take any pre-masters course. 4. After completion of this course, students receive 3 year of Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP). 5. The university is situated in one of the most beautiful places in the country.
