DSE DU Ranking 2026

In m.com second year placement process starts and delliote is mass recruiter of this college as it places around 40 students and some students around 20 be placed in other mid size companies. DSE average pakage is 7.5 lakhs and highest around 11 lakh in 2023-34 DSE offers placement to all colleges mcom students as post graduation m.com classes of whole DU held in DSE itself. So total around 60 students get placed from college. From total DU m.com 360 students. Students are go for further studies after this course.

There is excellent internship opportunity in our college, internship season is starts generally from January and ends on March. Companies like JP Morgan, Citi bank, Mastercard, Nomura, Accenture, American express, UBS, EY, etc. came to campus and stipend is from Rs.50000-Rs.150000 per month.

Almost everyone gets placed.placements are taken very seriously not only by students but also faculty of the college. Delloite , KPMG, Bain and Amex are some of the common recruiting companies. Average ctc provided is around 12 lac per annum which could go over 30 lac per annum

For summer internship highest stipend was 3,50,000. we have pretty good internship in hr department even now one guy in my class got placed in JPMC for SIP and other two guys in samsung .Roles offered include talent acquistion ,hr analytics, MT HR etc

Companies like JPMC, AON consulatancy, DS group, AMDOCS, Samsung, Anand Group, Hindalco, Havells, Dabur,Wabtec, ICICI bank, ICICI Securities, Mc Donald's, ABC Consultancy, NTPC, GAIL, etch were the comapies which visited last year providing internship opportunities to 1st year students. Recruitmen, Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Performance management, etc were the project assigned to students.

JP Morgan, AON offer analyst roles. Then we have Atomberg, ICICI Bank offering the generally roles. Then we have infosys, Deloitte, etc. Offering consultancy roles. Then we have Tata, Hindalco, DS group, Mahindra, Havells offering us IR/ER roles. Then we have Michael Page, ICICI Securities and other offering the Recruitment roles. So all in all we get lots and lots of different roles and company here at the campus. One would have the right to apply for the desired roles that they want. I am currently working in a organization as an HR generalist as mh summer internship where I am working on multiple projects like creating numerous workplace policies, revamping the whole sales structure at the organization, creating the process of the whole recruitment here at the organization.

Like being in a Delhi also having Noida and Gurgaon nearby certainly gives us an edge in attracting Opportunities so typically we have two types of internships Summer and immediate . Everyone can have a summer as well as immediate Internship in a year roles vary from consulting, marketing to bfsi.

Summer placements starts within 3 months of joining, there are a couple of good names recruiting and they all come in the first few months, after that its a struggled. The situtation is much better for finals and we acheive almost a 100% placements for finals every year. The placement average has been stable at around 14 lakhs per year for a while now.
