There is big faculty in our college. We have 3 subjects in the second year, each subject have many faculty members. There are our years exams conducted by the university of jammu. Internal exams are also conducted by the college

The teaching faculty to student ratio is around 1:10 per department. They're encouraging and approachable to a very good extent. Personally, I liked the ophthalmology faculty, they had a sweet approach towards the students, Dr Dinesh Malhotra, Dr Renu Hashia, etc were the leads. On the contrary, the Biochem faculty is a bit unfriendly and strict towards the students. Dr V. J. Chrungoo, the HoD Biochemistry is infamous for his supplementary record. In 2019 batch, he failed 34 candidates out of 100. There are a couple of exams spread over the year, but the main are the sendups and professionals, at the year end. Syllabus is coverable and exams are of medium difficulty which can be passed by focussed study.

The faculty to student ratio is about 100:5 per department. They are not completely approachable but pretty helpful when they are. Renowed Dr. VJ chrungo is HOD Biochemistry. There are 2 terminal exams and 1 send up conducted by college before the university of jammu conducts proofs.

Faculty to student relationship is overall good . For any doubt you can refer and go to them without any hesitation. Faculties I liked are : Dr zeenat akhtar( HOD anatomy) Dr.Rishu Ghai, Dr Geetika mahajan( HOD physiology) Dr Sunil Sachdev (Asstt. Proff. Physiology) Didn't like : Biochemistry department . In first year there are two term1 and term 2 and then sendup examination after than u give your final prof Overall if we see students may fail in internal exam but pass in finals.

The teaching faculty is experienced. The course comprise 5 year comprehensive learning including 1 year internship. There are 19 subjects divided into 4 years 1st year including all non clinical subjects 2nd year with paraclinical and third and fourth year with all clinical subjects

They are well qualified and interested in teaching their students. Well everyone who teaches you is a doctor. What else could you expect. They arre perfect and always helpful to students in every field.

Faculty of my college is qualified and extremely hardworking and helpful. They help in every aspect from learning to extracurricular activities. They help the students to grow mentally as well as physically. This is a very important aspect for development of students physical as well as mental health

Faculty is as expected brilliant. Most of the consultants are either from government medical colleges who has taken premature retirement or recruited by college. But overall faculty is good and upto the mark.
