Kmct medical college provide mandatory one year internship in affiliated hospitals covering various departments general medical, general surgery, gynaecology, paediatrics, orthopaedics, community medicine etc Stipend of 7000 is paid

Our internship is for one year and it covers all the departments in our hospital. All students get placed in different departments in our college according to a timetable. Our stipend is 7000 rs including accommodation. The stipend is quite less considering the work load. We have to do night shifts sometimes. We have MICU, ICCU, SICU duties. We also have casualty and labor room duties. We cover all departments including general medicine surgwry obg paediatrics dermatology radiology lab medicine psychiatry etc. We also 3 months posting in health centres and taluk hospitals in rural areas. Overall the experience we get from working this one year paves the way for us to become really good successful doctors and also get a lot of knowledge.

After completing 4.5years of college...last one year is total internship where we work with doctors and improve our skills in medical field...around ?7000 per month we get ...after completing intership college offer you to work in hospital further

After the internship is over there will opportunities in both private and public sectors which is highly effective for our future. Also we will get enought skills after house surgeoncy the hospital. As there are more than 3000 beds in total in the hospital.

As I 'am MBBS student w collge doesnt provide any job apportunities but regular internships with ample stipent is given monthly for our service provided. We given exposure to clinical and subclinical cases along with guidance from well expertised doctors of great stature in our college

Internships are taken in the KMCT college and spent about 7000 for the previous year and can be increased in coming years. The job opportunities depends on the patients who come to the hospital and can be increased by more patients working experience is important for other job opportunities.

Internship will be mandatory after completion of four years. 7000 rupees is the current stipend provided to the doctors. KMCT has a good name and helps in providing good job opportunities. Overall it helps in providing a good job.

Placement rate of the college is nice. Our college has its own hospital so one can also get absorbed there. Internship is offered by the college's hospital however one can opt for the same outside. I applied outside and did Internship in a government college.

The placement and job opportunities in the field of medicine are enormous. Jobs are available in both government and private sector with high salary packages. The college also provides internships in the department of attached hospitals.

Medical college is not a place for placement we go on with developing our skills thourough classes so that survival of the fittest
