The college doesnt provide any good scholarships or loan facilities. A pre metric scholarship has known by me which is for paramedical students and it needs the i come certificate contact certificate etc

No not such thing. I availed a loan on my own security by a bank. The college doesn't provide any scholarship or loans but provides opportunities to avail the same from banks.
