Admission to the college is based on scores from a national entrance test. For the Doctorate of Medicine (MD) course, an MBBS degree is required. The college offers MD courses in various streams with different annual fees: Radio Diagnosis/Radiology, Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy, and General Medicine are priced at 3,990,000 rupees each; Pediatrics costs 3,600,000 rupees; Respiratory Medicine is 2,700,000 rupees; Psychiatry and Anesthesiology are 2,160,000 rupees each; and Pathology costs 1,630,000 rupees.

The training and placement cell offers personality development, career guidance, and counseling, with frequent recruiters like Infosys, Reliance, and Flipkart, providing opportunities across various sectors. Scholarships are available based on academic performance, entrance exam results, and sports achievements. Entry-level scholarships range from 10% to 50% for students scoring above 60% in qualifying exams, while higher scholarships are given for excellent entrance exam performance.
Sports scholarships provide up to 100% for Olympic participants and vary for other achievements.
