Smart classes provided to us sports day celebrate anti-ragging department is also held in our college
The hostel rooms are good and bigg the hall in hostle is good to study
College provide placement in best hospital for students like medanata, appolo, motherland and these hospital provide us good package of salary.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is so so bad as it doesn't even look like a college at all
Beds , washroom are available in rooms but hot bottle are not available meal quality are not good because there food facilities required but food is not good and menu are different all days hostel incharge are checked details 60000
I didnt like the assignment works that is too much burden for us .

My experience in Shivalik Institute of Nursing

Likes

I liked the way teacher's took pain of our studies and made us revise a particular topicmultiple times
I also liked the attached washroom with rooms thing.
I liked the library which contains all the books needed.

Dislikes

The food is pathetic and i had to skip food many times .
College washrooms are always dirty and students are prone to UTIs
Staff does not co-operate with students and do not point out mistakes we've made and simply marked us with low grades .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bsc course curriculum is a bit tough as it is very difficult to cover a vast syllabus in 2-3 months and rest of the semester gies in clinical postings. Tine flies like just a moment of blink and semester is over and welcome to end semester examination. This course needs full dedication and one may need to go underground for studying.

Placement Experience:

There's no semester system the course is completed in four years after that one is eligible for placements. Training is done in IGMC hospital Shimla, KNH gynaecology hospital Shimla, psychiatry hospital Baluganj Shimla, and Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital Shimla. Placements are made on the basis of marks and interviews by members of hospitals like Appollo, medanta etc in Gurgram and Dehradoon respectively. 90-100%students are placed every year. After getting the degree I will continue my job in whichever hospital I'll be placed in for a year or two and side by side prepare for the CHO exam.
