Placement opportunities: akgec provided excellent placement opportunities, with reputed companies visiting the campus for recruitment drives.
Campus life is good faculty is also good and have lots of degree in hands with knowledge and placement is good with 99% students being placed infrastructure is awesome and course s are also good
These scholarships may be merit-based, need-based, or awarded for specific achievements or talents.

Dislikes

Process very worst they can't support they can start aur new rule 12th percentage criteria for scholarship is 60 percentage
Placement process was very poor. very few technical companies came to college
During the time of physical reporting my experience is quite very bad their arrangements are not good and their server reach is too low, so i am not satisfied with their admission process

Vibrant Campus Life: AKGEC offered a vibrant campus life with a plethora of extracurricular activities, events, and clubs.
Dedicated Faculty: The faculty at AKGEC exhibited a high level of expertise, dedication, and passion for teaching.

Dislikes

Communication Gaps: At times, there were communication gaps between students and the college administration.

Infrastructure of the college is very good

Placement Experience:

This year placements have gone down as compared to previous year. Big MNC who used to hire most of the students have freezed their hiring, and other companies and startup are also hiring in very less numbers

AKGEC: A college for hardworking future Engineers

Likes

i liked the infrastructure here all the things are well organized and in sufficient amounts.
Campus life is good here at AKGEC. The coding culture is really good here.
Faculties are well educated and experienced. all have done PhD from decent institutions.

Dislikes

College could have spent a bit more on ACs.
Course should be now based upon new technologies like how the AI is controlling the world.
College should focus more on placements and internships.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is quite good. I wanted to be an Electronic Engineer as i have a deep interest in this field so i chose this course. We have many labs through which we do a lot of practicals and get some knowledge of the real world in our initial stages of the college. Teachers are very much interactive but there is always a scope for improvement.

I loved the Hostel life of the college very much.
I loved the discipline in the college which is really appreciable
I loved the cultural societues of the college and their performance

Dislikes

The placement record is not upto the mark.
Some faculty are not sincere and coordinating
The campus is not so big that you can enjoy around

Placement Experience:

The Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College highest package and average package stood at INR 30Lakhs per annum and INR 4.13 LPA, respectively. A total of 38 students received packages above INR 15 LPA. During the current academic year, over 400 students have been placed in PSUs and reputed organizations like Infosys, HCL Technologies, L&T Infotech etc.

AKGEC COLLEGE REVIEW: pros and cons

Likes

Infrastructure of the college is great. Building are great
Academic and discipline, these two things are famois in our college.
Holidays are very often and u can enjoy the holidays

Dislikes

Attendance criteria is worst abt the college
No fest, as there are no fest in the college
Exams are very often in every month in a sem

Placement Experience:

Placements are decents and avg Avg package: 5lpa Highest: 1 cr From 7th sem student can eligible. Companies: tcs, infosys, Amazon, microsoft etc. 90% stud are placed I will go for a job and work as a software engineer

Campus facilities like ground, big classroom, etc
Campus big library which is named as central library
The exrta curricular couses running by college

Dislikes

The students have to follow 75% attendence rule.
The timing rules of the campus are very strict
For not having any social or techinal fests in college

The placements of the college is good enough but not so good. The college have average package of around 5 lakh. The students become eligible for placements from 7th semester. There are many named companies visited our campus yearly like Amazon, google and tcl etc

AKGEC: Crystal Clear

Likes

Faculty as they very knowledgeable and available for you whenever you contacts them.
Hostel life as the hostel are really good and has good atmosphere due to strict wardens.
Academics: here focus on academics is very much so they will not lest you go down even if you want

Dislikes

Frequent exams: Ezams here are very much means like every month which nake you very much exhausted.
Internships: Here you will get very lest internship opprtunities so you must do side hustle.

Placement Experience:

The placements Gere are normally average means like 6 LPA and a goof ration of students focuses on government jobs and clearing GATE or CAT to do Masters further for good improvement in carrer and the fast one.

I don't like the strict attendance criteria which is followed in our college it should be relaxed

Our placements placements of akgc are quite good the batch of 202324 pass out gained and average placements of 6 lakh rupees big companies came in our campus like TCS Wipro Vivo cognizant HCL etc highest package was 38 lakh

Likes

The things I liked is its lush green campus and supportive faculties

Dislikes

The very first thing of my dislike is its hostel and overstrictness in the college regarding the attendance policy

Course Curriculum Overview:

As we all know the craze of btech nowadays is booming so it is a good course but very competitive. I chose this course due to my interest in circuits and electronic devices. Ithe exam is scheduled in two tiers per years, separately for semester.

Let's know about my college.

Likes

The discipline in the campus is really good.
It's a beautiful campus. There is greenery everywhere
Students are very competitive and helping.

Dislikes

There is no real world problem solving techniques taught.
Indiscrimination between the hostel end timing in the girls and boys hostel.
More societies and clubs should be included.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In first year we learn all the subjects. So, I don't know particularly about my course. Some teachers are good and some are average. The curriculum is only bookish and doesn't have to do anything with real world problem. The teaching should be more interesting and curriculum needs to be updated. There are two Sessional Test along with Class Test. And also Pre University Test and then University Test. These exams are easy to moderate level but the checking is not lenient.
