Placement opportunities: akgec provided excellent placement opportunities, with reputed companies visiting the campus for recruitment drives.
Campus life is good faculty is also good and have lots of degree in hands with knowledge and placement is good with 99% students being placed infrastructure is awesome and course s are also good
These scholarships may be merit-based, need-based, or awarded for specific achievements or talents.

Dislikes

Process very worst they can't support they can start aur new rule 12th percentage criteria for scholarship is 60 percentage
Placement process was very poor. very few technical companies came to college
During the time of physical reporting my experience is quite very bad their arrangements are not good and their server reach is too low, so i am not satisfied with their admission process

Likes

Academics and paper culture is good you cn get in touch with your studies always
atmosphere quite good and pleasant good for students
library and trees and some faculty members

Dislikes

no co-curricular activities and more study
assignment have no time when teacher wants they did
supporting staff are too rude and has too much arrogant they don't talk to any student politely

Placement Experience:

placements is decent not too good nor too bad from 4 year you are eligible for placement almost 60% i want to do mtech from iit through gate companies like amazon mahindra and too many small or big company visited

Honest review

Likes

Teachers are well qualified not all but most of the teachers are good .
Infrastuture is very good . good connetivities of labs and classroom .
Canteen food is tasty with a good enviornment at the side of canteen .

Dislikes

the attendence policy is very strict it feels lke school
Canteen food is very expensive and not affordable
does not provides much holidays so that we can go our home

Course Curriculum Overview:

A senior suggest me take this course according to my rank. curriculum is 70 % theoretical and 30% practical. Attendance criteria should be relaxed. college timings should be reduced, not more than 6 hours. Exams are ok.

Very nice

Likes

Study and lab practical is very good and teachers explained good.
Technical and non technical societies are Many types.
Ground is very Greenland and building is very dissent structures.

Dislikes

The fees of college is very costly and take many time exam.
In computer lab some system do not work.
Seminar is not contained and does not teach about games

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is basically average. Many companies visited like as HCl, infosis,tech Mahindra, Amazon and not visited companies are Google , Microsoft,apple, sumsung. The highest package is 11300000 off campus and average is 500000 to 600000

The best college for your good future.

Likes

The alumini is helpfull they help in ensuring our good future.
The infrastructure is well good it provides good environment for studies.
Seniors are well helpfull they help us out in any possible way

Dislikes

The attendance system is not good enough .
Provides less vacations so that we can go home
Its just like you will feel like school coz overall college life is missing

Placement Experience:

The college provides campus placements with an average package of 6 lakhs which is quite impressive for a fresher and if you will work hard and have skills college also provides maximum package , based on your skills ..

College infrastructure is the best......
Faculty is also very understanding towards students
Food shops near college is best things...

Dislikes

Declining placement offers in college campus
Strictness is so much here regarding studies
There is more focus on theoretical knowledge

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements, many companies visit in the campus, average package is now about 6 to 7 lakhs per annum , students with great skills are getting more placement offers

Likes

Classmates are so friendly they helped me in my studies
Some of the college staff are really so good
College organise game fest for fitness purpose

Dislikes

College is so strict and the dean of the college is so rude
Some of the college staff is very rude with the students
Labs are not that modern.equipments are just useable

Course Curriculum Overview:

I m mainly intrested in sports and studies too that's why I took this college this college have a big group and almost all games played in this college and organised several fest and events for exposure.

Likes

I liked the central library, it is well equipped with more than 5000 books and has really comfortable seating arrangement and is well lit which provides a very studious environment to the students.
The sports facilities are really impressive be it the basketball court, tennis court , badminton court.
The faculty is really helpful and have industry experience.

Dislikes

The college provides very less holidays which makes it a little hectic .
The 75% attendance criteria is really pathetic it is very strict .
The college even imposes fine if you don't attend classes after holidays.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is really exceptional in terms of its significance in the practical world . The teachers are really helpful and have industry experience which they share and is really helpful in shaping the career of students.

Overview of AKGEC

Likes

Faculties are good, cooperative and friendly, some are strict and rude but some new teachers are very helpful
Infrastructure has old brick like structure not much eye catching campus is around 40 acres
Environment is good and ragging free , seniors don't trouble juniors

Dislikes

College strictness towards non sense things like attendance
Infrastructure needs to be improved it's not that good looks like college hasn't spend much on infrastructure

Placement Experience:

I don't know much about placement as I am in first year but as I got to know from seniors , some seniors for decent package and also 1.13Cr per annum package was from AKGEC although it was off campus most high placement are off campus and college doesn't support much they just want student to maintain attendance and don't co-operate from their side even they don't allow to do off campus internships during college

AKGEC is a considerable college for the students

Likes

The campus infrastructure is really good and spacious.
The faculty staff are really supportive in nature.
The disciplinary environment of the college is really helpful for the students.

Dislikes

The college is located in an outer area of the city.
The food provided in hostel mess is not up to mark.
The first year classes are not air conditioned.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum is mainly focused on theoretical part rather than practical oriented. In today scenario the Course Curriculum is not upto marked, however for basic theoretical understanding of the subject this curriculum fullfill. Curriculum is not a research driven and it is not that much benefited for campus placement except gaining basic theoretical knowledge. Labs are conducted for almost core subjects to get some insight of gaining practical knowledge.
