As i opt for electronics from akgec ghaziabad for my btech i had a keen intrest in this subject as my brother also had the same course it is a good course that gives you a well knowledge about hardware as well as software development and you can go to public sector also by applying in this course but if you do not have intrest in it please dont opt it as it is diffrent and quiet difficult field

If we talk about today's placements scenario , it is lowest in the whole market and the reason is obviously recession. But yes, there are many companirs come in our college. There is my senior who got offer from Morgan Stanley off campus. But also there many company like tech mahindra hcl and tcs, etc cine to our college for placement. Or if you are knowledgeable enough then you can crack big offers off campus.

the course is very comprehensive, the syllabus is comparatively very wide and physical applications are almost absent and are not well worked upon , the course curriculum is good of further academic pusuit but lacks behind for the physical world applications

Bachelors in engineering provide you a lot of knowledge about technical and professional aspects of life. It helps you to apply and perform practical of that knowledge in day to day life. It teaches you management.

The curriculum gives emphasis on the holistic development of the students. The practicals included in the course gives us idea about how in real world equipments are working and things are happening. The curriculum should be updated according to the demand of the industry. Our college take very frequent exams almost every month.

I was taught pcm in the first year curriculum, we were introduced with c language in the 2nd semester itself. We are now studying more computer related subjects in the 2nd year . We are currently studying DSA and coa subjects

The curriculum was based on aktu. that is not even in college hand but college should also focus on some other activities not only on aktu ranking because aktu syllabus is very outdated. Aktu should change their curriculum

Course curriculum gives an insight to students of the real world challenges . However these real life knowledge are not well evaluated in the examinations. A student with just a bookish knowledge can easily score in internal exams.
