AISSMSCOE Pune provides hostel facilities for girls' students. The college has two girls’ hostels named Jijabai and Tarabai, located about 1 km from the campus. These hostels offer basic facilities such as furnished rooms, mess and canteen, generator backup, gymkhana, sports facilities, and medical support. The hostel fee (including lodging and mess) is approximately INR 1.30 lakh per year. If students opt for the college bus facility, an additional charge of around INR 32,000 per year has to be paid.

Ques. Is AISSMCOE better than AISSMS IOIT?
Ans. Yes, AISSMCOE (COE) is a little better than IOIT. COE is the older college, teachers have more experience and the overall vibe is more solid, especially for core branches like mechanical, civil, electrical etc. Both are on the same campus and companies come for joint placements, so packages are almost similar. But if you want better faculty and reputation, go for COE. IOIT is okay if you like more cultural stuff and IT-focused crowd.
Ques. Does AISSMCOE offer hostel accommodations?
Ans. Yes, they do have hostels, but it’s mostly for girls. There are two girls’ hostels about 1 km away with 2-3 seater rooms, mess, canteen, sports, gym, washing machine, generator backup, and basic medical help. For boys, seats are very limited (only around 40 shared with the society), and they’re starting a new boys’ hostel at Shivaji Nagar this year. Seats fill up fast, so apply early. A lot of students end up taking PGs nearby if they don’t get hostel.
Ques. What sports and extracurricular facilities are available on campus?
Ans. Campus has a big open ground, so you can easily play cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, kabaddi or kho-kho. Indoor games like table tennis, carrom and chess are also available. They have a gymkhana too. Every year they organise sports events and the big fest Ashwamedh with singing, dancing, drama and all. If you’re into inter-college competitions, they do support that. It’s not super fancy every single day, but enough if you want to stay active.
Ques. How is the campus environment at AISSMCOE?
Ans. Campus is safe, clean and pretty disciplined feels calm and green with open space. No serious ragging issues. It’s right in central Pune near Shivaji Nagar, so travel is easy by bus or metro. Some students say it gets a bit boring on regular days because the campus is not very big and there’s not much to do after classes. But during fests and sports week it becomes lively.
