Anand International College of Engineering Jaipur Faculty

There is in the college overall around 1000 - 1200 students and there all combined faculties are 110-120. All the faculties are very approachable and very supportive. We don't interact all the faculties regularly because they teach others courses but my course faculty are really good. There is mainly three exams two mid-term exams and a main exam. Mid-term exams are easy but main exam is not easy. But above 90% students pass all the exams.

Teachers are very good in this college a student can get an overall development not only studies but also in there behaviour. There are various of clubs which students can join. Exams are conducted as per RTU curriculum as this college is RTU affiliated college marking are also as per RTU.

Half faculties are good to provide a well knowledge but few faculties are only focusing on rtu syllabus they provide assignment and they did not provide well knowledge .they did not give a project for students

Faculty member are good for teaching there also there is no complians for teaching all teachers are good for teaching and also doubts. And there is nocomplain for anything related to facluty members.

The faculty of our colleges are really good and helpfull. We have around 7 lectures a day for 6 days a week. Number of lecturers is around 10-12 in my branch including Theories and labs. The average age of lecturers is around 30 and qualification is Masters. Most of them has a very clear style of teaching and the things they teach is easily understable. Also each and every faculty is very helpful if we face any problem regarding a subject or anything.

The facalty are good and we have great knowledge in the field and book. Great experience facilities available in the college. Civil engineering faculty are most experienced faculty members of the college. And supportive faculty. And also the college.

Faculty of college are very friendly and helpful. Not in college but they also help even from home. Or after college hours. There are 300 approx lectures in each semester and average age for this course is 17-18 year. We also extra knowledge than course about the practical knowledge.

Most of faculty are tier 3, grade ones; like one is prof who is hod and 2 are associate profs and the rest teaching staff is M.Tech pursuers or B.Tech passouts. Our current HOD is Vijay Sharma and is a assitant prof (not even a prof) and is only interested in promotions and salary hikes. Rest faculty doesnt even count, people who had backlog in thr academics are teaching that subject to student, and due to that kind of ecosystem the faculty is of no use or is kind of a bully over students to assign good internal marks to the students who praise them. Industry wise experience : Only HOD had industry experience and that also not as a senior level manager or something. Rest all were freshers and job seekers who got job for survival as a teacher in engineering college and they are pretty much replicating the things that they faced; thus this cycle goes on.

There were around 6 subjects in every semester and we had 8 semesters. We have around 10 lectures in our branch and around 60 in college. They had a pretty good experience of around 10 to 12 years. So their knowledge was perfect. The lectures were good enough.

Faculty is good in my point of view they know how to teach students they have good knowledge of there field they have there researches as well they have experience of teach about 10 years or more they are good in there field
