BIT Bangalore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The overall curriculum decision was made to improve skills and to get industrial networks and also experience myself in a whole lot new place.That was the main reason for me to choose to do MCA . But the main thing is just be consistent.

Students of the 6th semester become eligible for internships and those of the 7th semester become eligible for campus placements. Top recruiters are Tata Wipro Infosys TCS, Dell HP. Almost all the students require more than 6 cgpa are getting placed. Percentage of students getting placed is 75% the rest of the students either go for entrepreneurship or higher studies

The college placement activities is very good and for ours they have internship opportunities too that start from the 3rd semester and the company recruitment process started from late 6th sem after the external exam

Each semester we will have 4 months of time,With in a time we have to complete subject with assessment,Labs .Adopting new technologies related syllabus for further scope.Construction work of the further course.

In our college after 5 th semester students will be eligible for campus placement. The companies visited are Amazon,Wipro,cysco, Microsoft,etc and all great companies will visit and offer students. The highest package was 54,00,000 per annum. Average package is 7 lakh per annum. My plan is also to get placed at high package and continue my dream job as software engineer.

The BIT is known for offering curriculum that aligns with the standard set by VTU that is Visvesvaraya Technological university. Industrial alignment integrates emerging fields like AIML,data science which are high in demand for a jobs and also practical exposure in laboratories, internship and project based learning gets students hands on experience. BIT offers a wide range of disciplines in engineering and management.

The curriculum in finance is good but not enough room for active learning makes it difficult. Some faulties are good in subject matter, but same is not true when considered everyone. As there is no practical exposure it doesn't make you industry ready and teachers mainly emphasize on marks and not learning or skill development. Timings for internals 1.5 hours for externals 3 hours

Course curriculum is adjustable and college leave at 1 o'clock it's over all a nice college so you can come to come and join this college the facility is very friendly you can find a wide range of behaviour insurance from very topper students like Amit to any chatri and work students like Manjunath

Placement basically starts from 3rd year .Comapnies visit in start of third year offering internships and this continue till end of 4th year. Highest package till date was taken by kriti srivastava which was 58 or 60 lpa nearly . Average for cse and similar departments like ise aiml are really decent at nearly 9 lac . I am planning to land a good placement and also clicking new ideas if works will start a startup.

Placements are okay in my college. Recently there has been downfall with jumber of companies visiting the college. Number of students getting placed has also reduced i believe. I dont know whom to blame clg or IT sector because of too much competition.
