CIPET Lucknow Faculty

The faculty at the college is composed of 50-60 members, with an average age of 40, most of whom are highly qualified with PhDs and industrial experience, including some from IITs. The student-to-faculty ratio is 1:50. While some faculty members are exceptional and supportive, others may not be as effective.

The college emphasizes self-learning with regular classes, periodic sessionals, and assignments. Practical sessions are available for serious learners, with well-equipped labs. The faculty is generally approachable and willing to help students, providing both theoretical and practical knowledge, particularly in fields such as plastics study. There are two PUT exams and two semester exams each year, with a structured question format.
