Jagan anna vidhya deevena is helpful pragathi scholarship is helpful but it is only for two girl child's in a family g.pulla reddy engineering college charity trust also provides scholarship for students
I like some of our ece faculty they give good guidance to people to get a good path for their goals.
The life in the college is very good the college is full of students we have friends to enjoy the college we enjoy the college by events which was conducted by college in college day conducted two days

Dislikes

Hostel is not good and water problem and food is not good
Hostel food is very bad and in food court also some items are very bad
Hostel timings are too bad and non veg is not allow

GPREC the best

Likes

There is no ragging in the college campus
Food in the foodcourt and cafeteria are tasty
Availability of books in the library to crack gate exam

Dislikes

Not given wifi passwords to the students
No allow of non vegeterian food into college campus
There are no weekend holidays and strict in maintaing of attendance

Placement Experience:

May be in 6th semester or in 7th semester students are eligible for placements. Accenture, TCSare companies visited. Highest package is 32 lakh for CSE student and average package is 4 lakh. 90 percent of students are placed.

College life

Likes

Library is of 2 floors with lot of books.
Computer labs are sufficient and with good wifi.
Classrooms in large area and comfortable benches.

Dislikes

Cost of the coffee and maagi in the Nescafe.
High rates of products in the stationary
Xerox takes double amount compared to the outside.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because of both hardware and software so that in the final year we can approach anyone. The faculty is awesome and good at teaching. They are very well qualified in ph.d and so on. Within 6 months 2 mid exams and main exam.

What I see in gprec

Likes

Some faculty members are very good behaviour with students
Bunk college and we can go outside for non veg
Ground campus canteen food court some food items are good

Dislikes

Hostel food is very bad and in food court also some items are very bad
Outing timings we have to come to the hostel by 3:30
Some faculty members shows partiality towards students

Placement Experience:

Campus placements for us start from next year that Is 3rd year second semister and there are many data scientist roles present in the industry and companies like TCS, Wipro, zelis, IBM, Infosys, Mindtree, Accenture , etc.

Likes

The greenary is very good in the campus and in hostel.
Classroom,labs and library with peaceful area.
And the memorial is very good place in our whole campus.

Dislikes

Rates of products in the stationary and Xerox
Ground area is medium compared to schools.
Costs of coffee nd tea in the newly opened Nescafe.

Placement Experience:

Our college has record of 1000+ placements and we celebrated in the campus because of high placements. A person can get 4 placements with the end of b.tech.Highest package is 15 lakh per annum and least package is 4 lakh per annum.

Campus Life canteen food court and ground

Bunking the classes with friends and enjoying

Less fest no programs no talking with boys in the campus
No non veg only veg in college also non veg is not allowed

Placements for our branch will be next year their are many data scientist and data engineer roles in the industry many companies like Accenture TCS Wipro zelis ibm Infosys mindtree dxc come our college the average package is 400000 core jobs are less

Not a bad experience

Likes

Outing from hostel and library, memorial in our college
Discipline is good and no ragging is there
Students forums and extra curricular activities every saturday I like them

Dislikes

Wifi is poor and strict coellge and exams are tough
Placement training is not as expected and labs
Curriculum is fast and it should be slow so that students learn concept

Placement Experience:

Placements are not good this year and actually, placements start from 3rd-year 2nd sem but this year the placements came from 4th-year 1 sem and the placed students are fewer. TCS Accenture CTS Wipro Capgemini Greenko VIrtusa Wells Fargo IBM Stellantis Zellis many companies visit every year this year companies which are recruiting are less and many students are opting for higher studies if they are not placed.

Likes

I liked the thing keeping seperate time in the schedule for the extra curriculum activities.
Many clubs in the college grabbed my attention.
Support we got for our talent and encouraging our talent through the CIE club.

Dislikes

In some cases faculty are strict but its for the good.
Not many food items in the cafeteria and less beverages.
wifi is too weak in the campus and sometimes the internet is slow.

Placement Experience:

College provides a lot of placement oppurtunities and has a record of 1000 placements. But due to recession now the placements has been decreased but the college management takes care as many of the oppurtunities to not to miss the students.

Likes

There is a women cell where it consider all the problems of girls and give support for them.
Clubs in the college where students are going to interact with seniors and able to improve their communication skills
There is no ragging in the college campus

Dislikes

No wifi in the college campus so students face problems
There is no non vegetarian food in the food court and cafeteria
Partiality shown by the faculty between students

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem onwards campus placements were started in our college. Companies like tcs, wipro, Accenture, amazon cognizant selects students where package starts from 4lakhs to 32lakhs.97 percent of students got placements.After my degree i want to become software developer.

College life in GPREC

Likes

Main thing is no ragging in the college campus.
So many clubs where students can actively participate.
Guidelines of mentors both for academics and for placement purpose.

Dislikes

Attendance cutoff is very less so students face many difficulties lo maintain attendance.
Not allowing non vegetarian food in the food court and cafeteria.
Teachers are showing of partiality between students
