Holder which means they have good knowledge of the subject they teach quite good and encourage students, most of the faculty are initial which is again plus point they will help you whenever you need them
Fee structure is very nominal and is constant even the middle class can take admission scholarships are the great forms of motivation which college offers for good environment and to maintain competition among youngsters
Crowd is good infrastructure is good as well us placements are good

Dislikes

Campus is not too big. lower branches placements are also not good.
There is a large crowd here and most of them are from lower branches who do not get placed.
Civil mechanical branch are not getting good package in collage olacemt ratio are very bad

Most of the faculty are good and campus

Dislikes

Some facilities are not so as good as I accept

The examination is done yet is good and the timing of examination is also same as I accept My college is affiliated with aktu and the examination of aktu depends on the their rules and regulations not by college

If you can work hard gcet is one of the good choice for you

Likes

Decent infrastructure with proper cleaning
Libraries services are good as well the sitting area is also good
The fees of the college is low compare to other private colleges

Dislikes

Too much pressure of exam as there are cae 1 cae 2 and then put and then practicals and then semester exam this all happens in the gap of 10-15 days
Faculty not support for extra circular activities
There are many low fests in our college .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The ciriculam of our college is of aktu defined ciriculam there are many internship opportunities in our college the gap between exams is too low only 10-15 days which is not good with medium level difficulty exam

GCET A WAY OF YOUR LIFE

Likes

Campus is large enough.Library ,Lab and Canteen facilities are awesome.
Playground is big enough that we can play 3 to 4 matches at a time.
Professors are well educated and experienced.

Dislikes

To play we have to bring our own equipments.
They conduct lots of exams like 1 exam per month.
Assignments are too much and we have to write them everyday.

Placement Experience:

Placements are average just like other AKTU colleges. Average package is between 4.75 LPA to 5LPA. Highest may go upto 44 LPA off campus. Median Package is around 4.25 LPA. That's not good but also not bad according to it's fees.

Likes

The faculty here is very good.They make all the concepts easy.We can freely ask them if we have any doubt.
The type of facility offered here is top notch,Every floor has a clean washroom and a water filter.All classes have air conditioning unit installed,the labs are also very good,with all the equipments.
Boy is to girl ratio is somewhere 6:4 . Although it varies branch to branch

Dislikes

One thing I disliked ,was that the college does not have many hostels inside it,as per my knowledge it has only 1 boys hostel,nd 1 girls hostel,that's its campus area

Placement Experience:

As I am in the first year,I don't know much about it For more information you can visit the college website ,there you may find the relevant details Overall 95 percent of the students get placement here

Good private College with low fees and good opportunities.

Likes

Seniors here are always ready to help you .
College staff is also very supportive and friendly
Crowd here is good you will make some of very good friends.

Dislikes

Area wise college is bit smaller and its infrastructure is also old
Sometimes staff becomes rude but only if you are wrong
Placements scene is bit low to expectation

Placement Experience:

As a 1st year student i dont have much idea about placements but i had heard from some of the 4th year students that companies with 4lakh lpa 10 lakh lpa 20 lakh lap and even 80 lakh lpa comes to our college but its in students had to grab that offer

College life and it's reality

Likes

Good facilities and faculties and experienced teachers
Low fees and no discrimination on the basis of caste
Friendly and supportive seniors and good classmates

Dislikes

Not good girl to boy ratio as it is 1:7 so not much female interaction
Classrooms are old fashioned and ac does not work
Lab machine's are old and sometimes not work properly

Highest package in our college is 50-60 lpa meanwhile average package is 7-8 lpa and many people don't even sit for placements as they have another plans like higher education or buisness but placement percentage is around 70 -80 percent

Likes

The faculties are very knowledgeable and supportive
The facilities around are good and enough for what you are paying
The college fests and events are very good

Dislikes

The ratio of boys to girls are like 6:1 which can be a little upsetting for some people
The air conditioners and projecter need to be worked on

The course curriculum is well designed and proper lile any course should be, the academic experience it provides is enough to be for the real world. They do 3 exams before the semester AKTU exams which are perfect for the preparation for it.

Teacher's are pretty supportive and good
Infrastructure and greenery is good and i liked it
The vibe is good seniors are chill that's also a plus point

Dislikes

Pretty hectic schedule which i hated since beginning
Lot of assignment are not helping us either
It's not like we are living college life it's more like a school

Placement Experience:

Placement ls are pretty decent as per the recession but still not that impressive i will say 50% students are getting placed till now but i can say the placement are still not normal so at this time we can hope for the best

The pros and cons of galgotias college of engineering and technology

Likes

The crowd of the college is very good many students are from Uttar Pradesh and some are from different states
The canteen in college is also very good and all types of food are available
The placements are average as there is in any other college in greater Noida

Dislikes

Some teachers are not very friendly and strict others are good
There is no facility for sports for first year students

The curriculum is followed of aktu college doens't have any curriculum of its own icmt cannot make any decisions without approval of aktu. Exams are conducted after every 1.5 months. The teaching techniques of some teachers should be improved

Galgotias college of engineering , a better option among private colleges

Likes

Collage has great infrastructure and faculties
College has decent placement and internship opportunities
Faculties are very friendly and well educated

Dislikes

Old and outdated Curriculum and syllabus
9 am to 5 pm college schedule and many periods
Strikness in attendance criteria of 75% , some which leads to detaining students

Placement of galgotias college of engineering and technology is decent it's highest placement went 1.5cr and average placement goes to 7-8 Lpa. College helps students to grab better placement and internships
