Holder which means they have good knowledge of the subject they teach quite good and encourage students, most of the faculty are initial which is again plus point they will help you whenever you need them
Fee structure is very nominal and is constant even the middle class can take admission scholarships are the great forms of motivation which college offers for good environment and to maintain competition among youngsters
Crowd is good infrastructure is good as well us placements are good

Dislikes

Campus is not too big. lower branches placements are also not good.
There is a large crowd here and most of them are from lower branches who do not get placed.
Civil mechanical branch are not getting good package in collage olacemt ratio are very bad

IT IS BEST COLLEGE LIFE FO ME BECAUSE OF COLLEGE

Likes

I like the campus it is best for me its very big
I like the class wich provides best facility.
I like the professor which teaches best way.

Dislikes

It is only 1 time fees payment which is not bad for me
I don't like the ground because of to much water drain in it.
It is a big collection campus where i walk the most which is irritating.

Placement Experience:

Placement is good there will 85% of students got placement in there company, and 6 lakh per annum is average salary in our college students most of the students got 10 lakh above placed in it sector or other

Why you should/shouldn't prefer galgotias.

Likes

Their fest and extra curriculum clubs are so active.
Professors are good and they give their best.
Library have enough books and sheets and they update magazines on regular basis

Dislikes

College environment is not too good in terms of gatherings
Canteen area is not goot as they didn't have much there
Grounds are small and so busy hardly we get a chance to play there

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is not satisfactory becuase of their old syllabus and primitive methods of teaching systems, no smart classes, projection rooms etc available through which concepts can be clarified easily Faculties are very supportive and kind Faculties are well qualified. Exams were on time it's not too hard for the toppers but other suffers

Likes

College fests, clubs , events ,TED talks and environment is really good.
The faculty over there is very supportive, helpful and skillful.
Infrastructure - labs for all subjects. I really liked workshop for mechanical.

Dislikes

One time fee payment as there's no installment policy.
Attendance issue although they do allow for exams
If they give holiday on some other day of week excluding weekends then they cover it on Saturdays which is annoying.

Placement Experience:

From 4th year you are eligible for the placement. The avg package is somewhere around 5-6lpa . And highest package this year was 25-30lpa. I think 80-85% of students get placement with decent packages. Companies like Amazon, tcs ,etc

Reality of GCET

Likes

The infrastructure of the college is good.
Grand fest sar conducted in my college and different celebrities from Bollywood also visit the college.
The college has a huge library which has different books.

Dislikes

The service in the cafeteria of the college can be improved.
The campus hostel is not up to the made and can be made better.
There is no proper security guard in the college at the front gate.

Placement Experience:

The college provide on campus placement for students the average package of the college is around 5 lakh rupees per annum companies like Wipro TCS Accenture etc visit our college. One can become a software engineer web developer or a consultant after getting the degree.

Likes

Some of the faculty members inside the college are helpful.
The college provides varities of clubs for different activities.
They also give many fests for the students.

Dislikes

The college has a very small campus size.
Crowd quality is not that good inside the college.
75% attendance policy is a very hectic task for students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is same like other engineering private colleges in India. Faculty members are also okay there. Exams are held every month and the college follows a very hectic schedule from 9 to 5.

Likes

good campus life, green environment, ragging free campus.
seniors are very supportive and gives suggestions for your 1st year.
there is no dress code in this college and stress free environment.

Dislikes

There is very less placement opportunities for branches like ECE, EE. civil, mechanical.
there are very big classes of students about 70-80.

placements depend upon your knowledge and you have to perform well in your examinations. Almost 70-75% of students get placed of avg package 4.25lpa many companies like Amazon, tcs, Wipro, autodesk and many more big companies visit there. my plans are to get a good placement in well known company.

College Life At GCET

No uniform.Students dont need wear uniform in this college.
Very Close to metro station.The college is walking distance from the metro station. Takes 2 minutes from station to reach college
Gates are open anytime during college hours meaning if someone is late they are allowed to enter the college and one can leave college grounds as per their wish

Dislikes

First year classes are like classrooms in school.
A person cannot leave the class in the middle if they wish to do so.
Attendance policy is a bit strict. A minimum of 75% is needed by the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This Course was the best I could get with my rank and the course provides us to learn from.Each faculty teaches around 60-70 students in one class at a time.The faculty is well educated and most of them have good teaching methods.Our year got a bit late due to some case regarding AKTU which delayed everything incuding our exams but they were i guess on time even after the case.The exams were of medium difficulty if a student studied properly they can get a good grade.
