Faculty:

The faculty to student ratio of this college is average. But the faculties behave with us very friendly.Some of the faculties like Prabir Kurmar Chakraborty and Arnab Kumar Dey I luke most.There are 8CA exams and 2 semester exams in a year.

The teacher where very helpful and they helped us in every situation.

College faculty was very good and helpful. They help us in any type of situation. They were excellent in teaching. The exam structure is one of the best exam structures. We had 4 theory internal exam and 2 practical internal exam which includes presentation, report writing, written test and one cbt exam . After all these semester exam happens.

Government College of engineering and textile technology, a great option which is value worth the money

Thing I like about this college will be the obviously the teachers and faculty. They help the students a lot. The seniors behave really well and welcomes the newcomers. The machineries and the equipments are very well kept

So the faculty is really great and helps a lot. Labs have a lot of instruments which covers whatever you need to learn for the course. The teachers/professors have lots of experience with lots of accolades. They provide good guidance to the students. The course have total 8 semisters with every semester having a end semester exam . We also have continuous assesments throughout each semester which I cludes projects, technical reports and internal exams. The difficulty is there but not too high. It's average difficulty

Value For money college

Faculty's experience is very good, they teaches us very well

Faculty to student ratio is 50:1 , but faculty to student relationship is very very good. Our apm and textile teachers are very friendly....our semester exam is well maintained, most of the students get passed...gd clg by the way

Professors are very good, helpful and down to earth.... They take their classes very well in every department.

Every faculty of the college are very efficient and well qualified. They are very friendly with the students. And there are a doubt clearing session after every class. In lab work teachers are come to teach the student with their hands properly. Interaction between teacher and student are very impressive.

All of faculty members are highly qualified in our college. Maximum of them are from renowned IITs. Majority of them are PhD Holders. The faculties of my Department are very good and cooperative they are highly qualified in their respective domains. We don't have to take Tuitions from outside, the quality of study in our college is extraordinary whenever you face any difficulty you can approach the professors they will sort your problems.

Good classroom, Good faculty, students teachers relationship is good. High level study

I am studying in Information technology branch, our one batch has 40-50 students and faculty staff in IT department has 7-8 teachers. But theirs teaching skill is very nice , they help each and every student to upgrade their skill.

My College: My sweet place

Library facilities, lab facilities, extra class facilities are also given by the teachers which is very needful for lateral students like me.
Government College of Engineering and Textile Technology Serampore is one of my favourite government college.This college's teacher and all the faculty members are very kind hearted and helpful. In every situation they always supports students.

Faculty members are very kind hearted and also very helpful. They always help us to do the right choice(Carrier related). The faculty members and student ratio is good, there are atleast two different faculty members for each subject.
