Echo friendly campus with beautiful environment . especially the library was beauty spark for our college.
Campus jobs are also well in the college with good package
The curriculum in terms of relevance is pretty good .the students from the different financial status can be afforde the fees structure and the terms and conditions in the respective rounds of paying money

Dislikes

Little bit strict ,bad playground for cricket team ??
Rude management and fees for the college is to high and maintenance of college is worst.Bus fees is also very high
The college was too hot in the summer and it is very difficult to manage.

Things I like in my college is following strict rules and maintaining the college clean and green.
Our college conducts events like overall sports events , that day every college comes to our college to participate.
The faculty members of our college is very good , like the behaviour of them , most of em shows respect towards us. Also teach good.

Dislikes

The phone us in the college is prohibited, which in the campus . If it is in the class then it makes sense but in campus it's bad.
The dress code is formals and you shouldn't wear neckless shirts .

Placement Experience:

The student must have higher cgpa like 8.5 for leat companies and most of the companies prefer 7.5 . So many companies like Amazon, HCl , tech Mahindra, infotech , etc about 30 or 40 companies. My plans after getting a degree is to do MS

Teaching method is very good and good environment
Providing of placement will also be good
The infrastructure and professional development is also good

There is particular ground to play the big sports
There is not any disliked issues regarding the college
There is no issues all are very good and nice

The placements given by college was very good after the completion of 3 Rd year the regularly placement will happen in the college premises and so many companies will arrive on campus they will hire the students

Likes

College is environment is very polite and also very good
Library provided here is very good and we could find almost every author text books
Faculty provided teaches well and good interaction between students and faculty

Dislikes

College is very strict there is no outings for hostel girls
There is no canteen provided in girls hostel
Also canteen is small and all things are not available there

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is computer science and engineering and the curriculum of this course is not too hard and not so easy. There are lot of aspects that influenced me to choose this course that are 1.the faculty provided for this course and 2. the lab facilities provided to do rela time projects .3.the teaching skills are good and they are not meant for the blackboard they made us to do on our own. They can add some more library hours and more labs instead of classes and yeah they added two languages in the same sem adding one language is better for one curriculum

The class Environment of the college....
The way the treat us during semester exam
Library that they are providing with every resource .

Dislikes

That way they treat with students is rude
Some of them don't teach properly just they will keep the ppt of the subject and they will tell
I don't like the security people behaviour with students

As per placement there will provide max number of companies and we have to take the companies as challenge and we have to recover all the things for getting the placement in the college. I tried my level best

Good College for a bright life & career

Likes

College environment and maintenance and the disciplinary actions that management took in every occasion that college conducted
Hostel facility was very nice and the warden madam were very caring persons they treated us like their children and the big open place to chill
Library is a place where we can improve our knowledge without the box not only subject related books some general knowledge books and newspaper paper and magazines are available during the college hours and after & before of the college timings

Dislikes

There is no specific things I dislike in the college but the only thing I thought from my experience own is if college provide more interaction sessions

Placement Experience:

As a newly passed out student recession played a crucial role in our lives. There is 100% placement rate from our college out of 900 students there are 798+ students are placed with average package of 3.5lpa to 4.5 lpa the height package is 21lpa from the student of CSE department From 3rd year we got eligibility to participate in placements.

About the college

Likes

College Library is very good.Our college has the biggest library and the library consists of different range of books
Whenever we want we can go out of the college .whenever we want we can come inside the college.

Dislikes

Faculty doesn't have good subject.They will teach very unclearly.The students won't be able to understand the concepts effectively
Inefficient labs and the teachers will not teach practically and they will blame you in labs without teaching properly

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have choosen electronics and communication engineering thinking that it would benifit me for learning hardware as well as software. But The college taught only C and all the remaining subjects are of communication and Electrical and Electronics. The taught us python subject as a language in a lab.The Teacher itself come to class by mugging the program's.

I like my friends and their company to get the job and education and exams results
The college infrastructure is very impressive
The canteen and it's food quality will be good

Dislikes

The faculty and their mind set is very disturbing
The curriculum is out dated and it's not gone help to get job
The financial fee structure is not impressed

Gec is another house for students

Likes

Echo friendly Campus with beautiful environment . Especially the library was beauty spark for our college.
Academic curriculum was very flexible to learn even other courses. We will get a great knowledge by the curriculum.
Faculty were so friendly, we can clarify any doubt from them. They will explain the topics in easy way without any hesitation.

Dislikes

It is located in rural area. We need to go long distance inorder buy things etc.
Boys hostel was located outside the campus.
The transport facility was a little difficult to reach college

Placement Experience:

In our campus placements will be started from 3rd year ending. We need to work hard and we will be placed in good company. Our college will conduct frequent drives so that we will be able to get good placements.

Gudlavalleru Engineering College (GEC) ranks 16th in Andhra Pradesh by the Times of India ranking. The college has a current intake of more than 1300 students in both programs.

Admission details:

GEC offers six and five specialisations for the BTech and MTech courses, respectively.

The candidates should have passed 10+2 in the science stream with a minimum of 45% marks.
They must have passed AP EAMCET (or JEE Mains).
The candidate should have a valid BTech degree with 50% marks for MTech admission.
