The faculty to student ratio is quite good teachers are very helpful and approachable, quite impressive and faculty are very well qualified ,all are almost all are phd holders .
A good facility of wifi, superb faculty ,excellent support from the management
Campus employment opportunity is good and college also provides various opportunities to gain scholarships for there course in every year.

Dislikes

For scholarship you have to apply but for general cast it is difficult.
Placement of this year is very worst only few studies placeds.
College lift facility is not so good not well maintenance conditions is also not well maintained

IMS ENGINEERING COLLEGE Review

Likes

Faculty is easy to talk to and very cooperative.
Wifi facility is provided accorss the campus.
The campus is tidy and clean with trees and greenary.

Dislikes

We have to wear a particular uniform daily.
The attendance above 75% is compulsorywith good marks in test.
The students can get detained if the underperform in the tests.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester the students become eligible for placements and companies starts visiting the campus on regular basis. Untinkable, TCS, Accenture, Infosis. Highest package 50 lpa by Microsoft Average package 6.5 lpa I plan to get placed in a reputated company and persue higher studies.

Likes

Faculty is very experienced and very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise
Environment is good and there is greenery all around the buildings

Dislikes

Hostel food is just existing and distasteful
Uniform cloth is very uncomfortable to wear

In this era of IT I needed a course which can direct me to a good place in a corporate world .i chood CS branch btech to guide me more precisely towards my interest in technology. This course curriculum clears the doubts and starts from the basis of languages

Likes

Overall environment and atmosphere of the college
The faculty is very supportive and helpful
Canteen and library facilities and top notch

Dislikes

College uniform as we have to wear same dress
Timmings of the library can be increased
Attendance criteria could be reduced for us

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students become eligible for the placement drive and can aim for their company of choice and personal intrest many students have been placed in big MNCs such as Microsoft and Amazon

Journey Explained of a BTech CSE student in IMSEC

Likes

Faculties are very good and they are from NIT and IIT background
Course completion before the exam with good pace
The management of festivals and other activities.

Dislikes

The high pressure on studies always being in hard study.
Short mid semester and end semester breaks
Too much focus on studies not in sports.

Placement Experience:

1. From 7th sem students are eligible for placements. 2. There are several companies like : Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, TCS and etc. 3. The highest pakage of a Software developer is 12 lpa and average around 5 lpa . 4. Approximately 85-90% students are placed per year. 5. I opt job after my completion of this course.

Overall Experience of IMS Engineering College.

Likes

Teachers are very good and knowledgeable.
Classrooms are equipped with AC and Projectors
24/7 wifi facility available at 100mbps speed.

Dislikes

Parking is not good for the students in campus.
Small size of campus when compared to other colleges.
Strictness towards completion and submission of assignments on time.

Placement Experience:

students are eligible for placements from the 7th semester. For biotechnology, placements are very good. The offers are both in core and non-core companies. College prepares us well for the placements with lots of GDs and mock interviews. 90% of students of my batch got placed.

Firstly I like faculty of my CS department ,they are supporting as well guide you and always ready to help you.
Secondary I like the placement as on an average you get 6.5 lakh.
Thirdly,the infrastructure and library of the college campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement is quite good on average you get 6.5 lakh package and highest you get 50 lakh.you can also planned for higher studies also even inside the campus like Mba,MCA.you can also prepare for gate exam or upsc if you are not interested in talking the placement.

College is fine for btech

Likes

Good classrooms with air conditioner....
Good supporting staff that's helps in all way
Labs are well equipped and we have to do proper lab works

Dislikes

Very strict discipline and rules and regulations
Library is open till 5 30 only in the evening
So many internal exams are there. Every month around 2 set of exam

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester we are eligible for campus placement Companies visited- TCS , AWS Highest package - 50 lpa( off campus) Average package - 4lpa Percentage of students getting placed - 80 % Plans after getting degree is getting a decent job

A Honest College Review

Likes

Environment of the college is peaceful so that students can focus on study.
Facility of providing books to students is the second thing I liked about my College.
Teachers are very knowledgeable and supportive.

Dislikes

Something I didn't like about my college is its infrastructure.
Students with low attendance are not allowed to appear in examination.
There is a no extra coding classes for the skills of students

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement from 7th semester. Many companies visited the college some of them are Accenture, Nuclear, wipro, TCS etc . The highest package of college is 5000000 in Microsoft on the software engineer profile. 80-85% students are getting placed. My plan is finding a software engineer job after getting my degree.

Faculty is friendly enough and helps the students.
The infrastructure and development of the college is fine enough.

Dislikes

You need to be in the uniform all the time.
Too many exams are taken in short period of time.
Placement is not that good. .

Placement Experience:

The average placement is somewhat around 4-6 lakhs per annum. The student becomes elegible for placement after the 3rd year. The highest placement offered is 46 LPA. The placement percentage. is around 60-70%.

IMS Engineering College offers a decent Biotechnology B.Tech program with good basic infrastructure and supportive faculty. The department has well-maintained labs for microbiology and Bioprocess, providing essential practical exposure, though not at an advanced research level. The campus includes classrooms, library and Wi-Fi creating a comfortable academic. Faculty members are experienced and helpful in guiding students in studies and projects. So all-over it is a good place to get admissiom.

B.Tech Biotechnology at IMS Engineering College, affiliated with Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, provides a good academic foundation in biotechnology subjects. The college has supportive faculty and very laboratory facilities. However, the main focus are on improving placement opportunities and providing more internships in biotech industries and research labs, as practical exposure is very important for biotechnology students. Ims engineering college is a renowned college in the region and provides quality education. The infrastructure is also at par and the locality has good connectivity to nearest noida hub. The placement is also great with respect to other institutions and many companies come in every placement season. The faculty is very helpful and really help the students score good and get good ranks at university level.
