The faculty to student ratio is quite good teachers are very helpful and approachable, quite impressive and faculty are very well qualified ,all are almost all are phd holders .
A good facility of wifi, superb faculty ,excellent support from the management
Campus employment opportunity is good and college also provides various opportunities to gain scholarships for there course in every year.

Dislikes

For scholarship you have to apply but for general cast it is difficult.
Placement of this year is very worst only few studies placeds.
College lift facility is not so good not well maintenance conditions is also not well maintained

Good mentors and nice infrastructure campus is good good vibes .large library so many labs wher provide by college
Ever room have AC facility and fans .large play ground

Placement Experience:

Placement is good.companies wisit to college and students take placement but it depends on student how much package it grab . Highest package of the clg is 4lpa and lowest pachakege of the clg id 3LPA after compltion of course college provide you degree after that you can join to company.

Cultural fest- 2 days fest is the best thing in college.
Tech fest- thech fest provide students the opportunity to showcase their talent
Faculty of IMS is supportive towards their students

Dislikes

Hostel food is sometimes not good in college

The course is very beneficial for students. Students get to know about many things. It enhances the knowledge of students in many fields. The course will also going to help students in their future jobs

Likes

College encourages students towards sports. Various sports activities are being performed.
There is good facility of lab and computer systems.
Behavior of teachers towards students is very good.

Dislikes

They provide less placements but they try to provide and gives their best for the futhre of students.
The teachers are very strict and provoke students to study academics.
The timing of the college is very long that it becomes not possible to study at home for the interviews and internships.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I thoudht the curriculum would be best for industry based applications and it is. And they teach so deep that we would be able to face the industrial interviews just with the knowledge of this curriculum. The improvements can be we should teach only industrially required subject like dsa. Web dev , ai ml and etc. The frequency and timing of exams is Ok and is according to our capability .

Good backup suppprt by teachers in all domains

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario of college is good good everything is dependent on you. If you work hard to get your placement than obviously you get good placements. The average package is 700000 and you need to work hard to get good placements. There is maximum students get placed who worked hard for their placements. Highest placement is about 500000 that is off campus.

Likes

I like various Events conducted in imsec
I like that the facilities encourage students to participate in hackathons, events etc
I like the academic environment of imsec

Dislikes

In imsec, they have strict uniform rules
In imsec, attendance is considered strictly
In imsec, the lectures are the main priority of faculty members

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement from 6th semester. Companies like Amazon, TCS, Accenture etc have visited our campus. 100% students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is to be placed

Likes

Teachers are very supportive in college.
Environment is very good in college and sports opportunities are also available.
College provides anti-ragging environment.

Dislikes

Lecture timings are too long due to which there is very less time for self study.
Very strict checking in exams and teachers are also very strict.
Bad opportunities for extra-curricular activities.

Placement Experience:

7th semester onwards students are eligible foe campus placements.Many companies visited and offered a decent amount of annual package this year.Although recession had a impact on the placements this year but overall placements were not bad .

Likes

Faculty members are good and the have a good teaching experience.

Dislikes

The playground of the college could be better.

Placement Experience:

This college provides almost 100% placements. The average package of the college is 6.5 lacs per annum which is good enough. Famous companies like TCS, Amazon and Microsoft visits the college and provides jobs.

A.C. classrooms and Labs and the size of labs and class rooms are quite big
Supportive teachers . The teachers in IMSEC are very supportive and provide you help for any problems.
Library has a good collection of books . That helps you to get more useful knowledge.

Dislikes

Campus size is not much big. If you compare the campus to college like galgotias and akgec this is a negative point in my opinion
Class timing is also a concern because every lecture has a duration of 1 hour .

Likes

Academic quality: opportunities for research or internships are available
Campus facilities: the quality of classrooms are very nice and ac is working in summers.
Library managment: library timing are quite good and books are available time to time

Dislikes

In this college the timing of the lecture are more there must the free time also for extra skills
College about attendance and marks are very strict and want everyone to maintain attendance more than 80%
College in and out system must improve and want to have better sprts facilities

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are good enough as in this college average package is of 7 lakh and highest package is about 15-18 lakh and many of the companies like good one i.e. TCS , Wipro and many more come for placements.

Boost your career with IMSEC

Likes

The college campus is really good and it has greenary which helps everyone to breathe fresh air.
The faculties in this college are really good as the give their best in teaching the students.
The college tries to provide placements on a large scale and they conduct placement drives on regular basis.

Dislikes

The playground in this college could have been better because in the college playground every sports are mixed and it becomes overcrowded to play.
The labs could have been taken much better so that each and every student can understand well.
The college should give their holiday list in advance so that students can plan their vacation properly.

Placement Experience:

The students becomes eligible for placement after the 6th semester. The companies visited for placements are Amazon, Microsoft and other startup companies and I am not sure about the offers made. The highest package offered is 50 LPA and the average package is 6.5 LPA The percentage of students getting placement is 70 percent. My plan is to do a job after getting degree.

IMS Engineering College offers a decent Biotechnology B.Tech program with good basic infrastructure and supportive faculty. The department has well-maintained labs for microbiology and Bioprocess, providing essential practical exposure, though not at an advanced research level. The campus includes classrooms, library and Wi-Fi creating a comfortable academic. Faculty members are experienced and helpful in guiding students in studies and projects. So all-over it is a good place to get admissiom.

B.Tech Biotechnology at IMS Engineering College, affiliated with Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, provides a good academic foundation in biotechnology subjects. The college has supportive faculty and very laboratory facilities. However, the main focus are on improving placement opportunities and providing more internships in biotech industries and research labs, as practical exposure is very important for biotechnology students. Ims engineering college is a renowned college in the region and provides quality education. The infrastructure is also at par and the locality has good connectivity to nearest noida hub. The placement is also great with respect to other institutions and many companies come in every placement season. The faculty is very helpful and really help the students score good and get good ranks at university level.
