Jaya Engineering College Chennai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placement is getting low during my academic years. Most of the IT companies. The 60% percentage of students got placed in different companies and some are rejected due to higher studies and some appearing for government jobs. Overall the placement is average.

From the 7th semester, students got job offers through campus recruitment. There is a lot of companies like Voltech and other companies that conducted campus recruitment in this college. Mostly 45% of students got placement in this college.

The computer science and engineering department is a technical hub with lots of internship and placement opportunities. They grave a good way to enrich the technical skills of the students. Leading companies came for placement opportunities. Most of them are IT companies and core computerized companies. Placement opportunities fall with the average salary up to 6 LPA. Nearly 80 to 90% of the students per batch may be placed in the leading companies. The department faculties are enriched with technical skills and they will provide all the support for the students.

Students can get a good opportunity to attend campus placement. College management will provide campus placement program to skill up the student to make sure that they can get confidence to attend the interview.

I choose this course by my own interest. Good trained staff and HOD also student s.three to four times exam will be conducted. Btech, Mtech, and Ph.D. completed the staff.

if you are really focussed on learning textile department or any department .prefer this college.this college does not fit for one who wants to enjoy college like ,class bunk, doing time pass etc as the management is very strict.

I would suggest them to improve the Infrastructure and Transportation to reach college from railway station for the students.
