Good experience in my college life in KIST

College have staff issue so fresher lecture are hiring which is not able to clear students doubt as compared to others experience one . College have experience lecture, professor but more experience lecture should hire

Faculty:

Faculty are good in college but sometimes we see faculty shortage in my department but other departments like engeneering have good faculty but in management thre is not good . teacher are soo friendly and helpful.personally I liked most my department faculty like Management HOD mrs.aundhanti sen ma'am who is very knowledgeable and supportive as i experienced in my campus like soo appart from that our finance sir and O.B ma'am are really really good . Best faculty i will say our HOD ma'am. Really appreciate her love and responsibilities towards students. Some faculty are not really good & peon and lower workers staff should be mannered. But over all good. Every 6 month a semester exam . And exam are good not tough. Around 95% student pass , and less then 5% are fails .

Learning experience,college picnic,doubt clearing class

There was 50 faculties in my college. They all are highly qualified..There was 500 plus students studied. The faculties behaviour towards student was so good Sanjay sir was good in mathematics because his ability to understand math was very good. I did not like manoj sir because he gave to others than me. There was 2 semesters in a year. The exam was tough Some students failed.

About the College

The faculties are quite good some of them are so much supportive

The faculties are very approachable and support you in every aspect they will help you in your studies and guide you too well. Yearly there are 2 semesters and before each semester there are some internal exams and practicals, viva also .The exams are not too much difficult you can clear it with ease if you study well otherwise you can't.The curriculum is good.

Good college

Teaching style is good our all teachers.
All of our teachers are friendly with us.
They all are support us not only in study also in other field.

All the teachers of us amazing and they have a good relationship with the students. But some other teachers are compare every student with another and that behaviour is unlike. There are 8 semester in 4years.

Review about my college

In a day there will be 2/3 classes for cse subjects for 1. 5 hours. Along with that we have practical sessions for 2/3 hours. Teachers are mostly Mtech graduates and average age was in between 24-32years. A lot of encouragement for certifications of concepts like c++, testing, Java, cobol etc.

The lectures aren't good, the profeesors have less than average knowledge about the subject. They just copy paste all the notes on the blackboard, even the programming codes, they don't explain it, they write it down and ask everyone to copy it in their notebook. There are less teachers so 1 teacher takes 2 subjects.

About my college that how much it is worth for me

The faculty of my college is pretty good, the professors have good qualifications, some have doctorate degree while some have masters degree. Talking about lectures we've got 6 lectures per day. The lectures was much more relevant to the syllabus. These lectures were sufficient to get the absolute knowledge about the subjects.

Average faculty most of good teachers left the college and teachers are new not so well experience they are there just to get a job. teachers are dumb and lazy and so are management. But some exceptional teachers who were gems have left the organization.
