Also there is mahatma gandhi scholarship for thise are excelled in academics.
The teaching is very good and the teachers are very friendly
Also, students in cohorts provided can have specialized job opportunities based on their field of interest.

Dislikes

mess food is not that good if we see it in the aspect of price-value ratio
There is no non veg in our college canteen
There is no any often culturals or any fest in our college

A pleasent college life

Likes

I liked the cafeteria over year which provide a variety of snacks, drinks and shakes.also there is a cafe coffee day inside our campus.
I liked basketball court the football ground and badminton coat inde our college.
I liked the lab inside our college which provide high end pc .

Dislikes

Our first year hostel toilet was bit untidy
Sometimes the food was very bad but it was manageable.
The cafeteria aren't opened during holidays.

Placement Experience:

Various companies like Infosys,Amazon, Microsoft, roche etc and other startup companies come for placement tonour college and every year almost 75% of students get placed.my plans after is get masters in abroad.

Likes

I like the infrastructure of the college
The facilities teaching method is very good
I liked the lab facilities because every student feels comfortable.

Dislikes

In exam time they give more pressure for student
Some staff are behaviour rudely it will hurt ourself
They are not conduct more events and celebrate any festival also.

Placement Experience:

From 4th year onwards the campus placement are available for students and the companies it's provide training with basic salary also. The highest package of placement is 70000. Mostly 80 percentage students got the placement because of gives training to the facilities.

I liked infrastructure of college because it should be very comfortable zone for students
The teacher teaching methods and lab facilities.
They give more importance in extra curricular activities like sports, clubs,etc

Dislikes

They are give more pressure for exam periods
Some staff are behaving rudely it will hurt ourself
The program event are very less and the management will not celebrate any festivals.

Placement Experience:

From 4th year onwards eligible for placement. The highest package of placement is 70000 and the 80 percentage of students got the placement. The companies provide training with basic salary also. After the degree I will do the business because I am more interested in this and that much knowledge I leaned only for my teacher teaching methods.

WHY TO CHOOSE KCT FOR MBA??

As I am a finance student, they took us on an Industrial visit to Stock exchange in Mumbai. It was a two days trip. It really helped us understand a lot about trading. On the other hand, we had a great time.in Mumbai. It was a memorable trip for us.

Placement Experience:

The college provides excellent placement opportunities. As MBA is only a 2 year course, we can attend placements in the second year only. Many companies come for placements. Some of them are ICICI Bank, ICICI securities, Federal Bank, ITC, Coca-Cola, Amul , Ujjivan small finance Bank and so on. 70 percent of the students will get placed. If not placed, we can try placements offline or if we have any business idea we can start a business too.

Likes

College Infrastructure here is excellent.
We have plenty of opportunity to grow and learn.
Friendly staffs and Lab facility here is very advanced .KCT is like MY Home.

Placement Experience:

From semester 6 students will be eligible for placements. Here there is no restriction for multiple offers I hold 2 offers. Top companies like Bosch, Google, Cognizant, and Accenture visited. Almost 99 % of students without arrears will get placed.

My review about the KCT college

Likes

The first think i liked the most is you are not forced to do any kind of things, you will be free as a bird and you will be allowed to explore all the things and you can find out which one you like
There are lot of clubs where you can show your talents and skills and you will get the reward and there will be plenty of opportunities
Placement, you will get a quite lot of placement, if you are skilled enough you can get a job with high end salary package.

Dislikes

Staffs and the teaching skills, here you won't find the stuffs which will be up to date with the current technology, if you want to earn you have learn it on the own.
Management process will be quite complicated and it will take lots of effort to get the simple things done.

Placement Experience:

Starting from 6th semester you will be eligible for campus placements. There are lots of companies starting from service to product and start-up company and the package varies from 5lPA to 24 LPA depending on the skills. The placement percentage will be around 90%. My plan is to get a job as a software developer in a product company with a good package.

KCT likely has a spacious and well maintained campus with various buildings and facilities for academic, administrative and recreational purposes
KCT have well equipped laboratories for various engineering and technology disciplines including computer labs, electronics labs, and more.
A well-stocked library with the vast collection of books, journals, e-resources, and study spaces for students and faculties.

Dislikes

Larger class sizes or overcrowded classrooms can impact the quality of education and personal attention from faculty
Students pursuing technical or engineering degrees might feel that there is insufficient interaction with industries and limited exposure to real-world applicaion.
Delays in administrative processes, such as admission, examination results

Placement Experience:

The college provides good placement facilities but mostly for IT and CSE students. Companies for circuit branches are lower. Students are eligible for campus placements after the 6th semester. Start-up companies visit most often. The highest package is 8LPA and the lowest package is 2LPA. 85% of the students get placed per year. My plan is to be placed as an embedded system engineer in a good company.

Good and Better than other colleges in TamilNadu

Likes

Students will me more free to do anything also by maintaining discipline
Yugam is one of the great cultural event in TAMIL NADU that happens in this college.
Faculties are more helpful and the courses are well structured.

Dislikes

Placements can be still improved for Aeronautical Department
Fees is quite high and can be reduced in future.
Few Departments classes are quite ugly and can be maintained in future.

Placement Experience:

For my course, there are very less placement opportunities. But other departments such as CSE, IT, ECE, and EEE are getting plenty of placement opportunities with high salary packages. While compared to MIT college, the placements are well and good.

At first , I liked the infrastructure of the college.
They provide placements for students on top companies.
The way of teaching is very good and also teachers shine our skills.

From 2nd semester, they provide a campus placement for students. For the last year, the top MNC companies like Accenture, Wipro, etc. came for placement in our college. The average package is 5L per annum. 90% of students get placements in top companies. I have a plan to get a job in an MNC company via campus.

My plan is to good company in 3 3-year internship, another option is my dream like an entrepreneur, the college offers a lot of companies to placement so I got a job as 3 3-year intern. like Bosh, Microsoft, and TCS.

One of my friends was a part of the 2017 MCA batch of Kumaraguru College of Technology. According to her, the atmosphere at the institute is great and it offers decent academics.

The campus life is quite enjoyable. You will get to meet many people on the campus. The college is not that strict about attendance so you can bunk classes and explore the campus on bicycles with your friends.
The hostel facilities are great. The rooms are 4-sharing and food provided on mess is good.
KCT collaborates with good companies for the management of campus facilities and always ensures the convenience of the students. The average salary package here is 1.5 LPA while 28 LPA has been recorded as the highest salary.
It has also started Arts and Science faculties within the campus and hence, gives more freedom to make good friends.
“YUGAM” the cultural fest of the KCT provides the opportunity to showcase your talent and expertise in the particular field to the students.

You will definitely have a good time at KCT.
