Our college have good placements, from sixth semester, companies will come for placements companies like infosys, tcl, tvs etc.
The faculties are very well qualified for the teaching they are also very friendly and helping minded they helps us in every way possible they very well works for the good of students faculties are selected through interviews
The canteen has some a very good menu, you can enjoy lunch with nice food

Dislikes

I don't like the faculties they are very selfish
the food in the canteen is not good. some buildings in this college is very old so there is no modern facilities.
Hostel facilities are not upto the mark especially the hostel food is not that great

Likes

The basic infrastructure of the college is not so bad
The faculties gave a proper method of education
Collegen canteen foods are good enough compare to other collages

Dislikes

The transportation facilities like buses is not much better
The worshops facilities are not not modest
Basics internships facilities are not available

The curriculum is not much harsh that exams are hard but with basic knowledge in the subject we can easily clear the papers easily. The curriculum also includes experimental workshops which can improves knowledge in subject

SOME THINGS OF MY COLLEGE

Likes

Practical labs are good and modern equipments are used
college have vast area, (52 acre) including play ground like football, basketball

Dislikes

During summer days it is very hot in college
The college do not include gym facilities
lack of smart classrooms and projectors in some classes

Placement Experience:

our college have good placements, from sixth semester, companies will come for placements companies like infosys, tcl, TVS etc. will come for placements and they offer good placements packages like 6 to 10 lpa.

Placement services provided by the college are not too low but average. Many companies like popular mega motors, aptiv, hailstone, fluidyn, etc. have visited the college and provided placements for students. The average package offered is 3 LPA. The percentage of students getting placements is low.

One of thing i liked about college of engineering is the wide campus.
They conduct programs and all frequently.
The college has a great quality when it comes the case of teaching.

Dislikes

The place where the College is hard to get there.
The climate is dry there and when it comes to temperature and all in hot days is too much

Placement Experience:

When it comes to collage placement, our collage is providing placement courses for the students. Placements here starts at the 3rd year. Many students have got placed ath 3rd year itself. The companies for placement are cognizent, tata, keltron.

MY COLLEGE - LBSCEK

The college is situated in a place called povval in kasargod district of kerala which is a very nature friendly location. Inside the college, various bioparks can be seen. The day scholars from there are usually very friendly people and very helpful.
The best in the state. College conducts elections on a early basis to elect a union. The union conducts various programs, techfests etc which helps cool out the students' minds from all the academic chaos. Overall i find the college pretty good.
The faculty in the college is highly qualified, every batch gets a tutor who gives good individual attention to each student. The lab and workshop infrastructure and equipments are top notch especially the mechanical department workshop is one of

Dislikes

The class building infrastructure is a little old and rustic. Although I don't find it a big problem, some of the students do. The sports facilites are also limited but still enjoyable.
The placement opportunities are limited in campus, only 30-50% students are given in campus placements. The coding culture is not very good, students have to put immense individual effort to come up in that area.
The college is located on top of a terrain and some students may find it difficult to walk up the road everyday. Although there are college buses, students who doesn't opt for that have to walk. The hostel for 1st years is located outside the college

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem. The placement cell in our college is pretty helpful but the overall placement percentage is not very good. In a batch, only 40-50% students are found to be campus placed. The average salary package offeres is around 4-6 lpa. Companies that visit are cognizant, tata, birla, Adobe, Microsoft etc..,. Highest package last year was around 10lpa. My plan after graduation is to go for higher studies.

College has a very good functioning placement cell.College give placement training from 2nd semester onwards. students can participate in placement interviews from 6th semester. All students having a CGPA above 6.5 can participate in campus placement.

You have freedom. No one will compell you to sit in the class.

Dislikes

Infrastructure. The buildings are old. The weather here is hot and humid

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty members are quite ok. Some of them completed their PhD. You will have series exams (2)before the end semester examinations. Since this college is affiliated to KTU, the exam schedule is quite tough. We will have hardly 1 day in between exams. Otherwise no problem.

Good and bad about my college LBSCEK

Placement Experience:

After the exam of sixth semester most of them get placement. Companies like Tata, Infosys,and many other companies visit. I am not well aware of the packages details. About 15 % of the students get placements. I am going to take M.tech in any topic ilike.
