MBS College of Engineering and Technology Jammu Faculty

The faculty is sufficient for the students of each department. The faculty teachers have a very friendly relationship with the students of their respective departments. Whenever there is the need of them, they are ready for helping the students in any situation. As I'm from mechanical department, our faculty seems to be the best and they are the most liked for their comfortable and friendly relationship with our students . The internal exams are conducted twice in each semester and they are moderately tough. Many students are able to clear the exams . And the final exams are being conducted at Jammu University .

Teaching staff is very good and friendly. All the faculty members are good and calm. Thera are 2 internals in every sem and one external which is taken by university and exams are not as much tough if u regular study what is done in college

The number of lectures in our college is good in number as there is no such shortage. The average age is about 32 years so the faculty is young but not as such experienced. The qualification is M tech at least for engineering faculty and couple of profeesors are even Phd holders. They teach you only bookish language that doesn't take anything from reality. The certification does not seem to be hold by anyone.

For the first 6 semesters the students need to study 6 subjects and have 6 teachers. The first two semesters are common for all branches. In the last two semesters there are 4 subjects, so 4 lecturers are there. The labs have separate labs assistants to assist you in studying. Overall the teachers are quite knowledgeable and help the students in completing the syllabus on time and providing good lectures on their respective fields of study.

I will rate them 7/10 on average. Somewere 8/10 or 9/10 and a couple of them 6/10, that is why overall 7/10. Individually they were well equipped with the knowledge about the subject and were able to deliver what is asked for by the students, however, sometimes they will have to check and look for the answers which is completely acceptable.

In my opinion, my branch faculty was above par, they have knowledge of subjects and most important they are cooperative, I had never faced any difficulty regarding the faculty, they help the students in the best possible way and my head of department was also very helpful.

The college faculty were quite supportive. Whether related to the subject they are teaching or about the challenges we are gonna face. They always motivated us and made our learning experience much better.

The faculty is a good mix of old and young persons, having knowledge about subject matter. Not all of them have the required skills as some are freshers and just starting their career with teaching. But they are there if you need any help.

College faculty is very good. All the staff is highly educated and well qualified. Some teachers are from last 10 years which means they are the most experienced teachers in the town. Teachers are very helpful to students.

The college faculty is at best in terms of giving education.We have a faculty in college which have both the industry experience as well as the teaching experience.They are teaching for last 10-15 years.
