In my college there is a rule that for every period of session one student in alphabetical order should give 2 min speech. That help us to overcome the stage fear.
Encouraging us get better grade by providing tips and IV whenever our class provide good results.

Faculty:

In my college my batch coordinator is always like a person who always behave based on the rules alone. She won't be real and friendly that is what I hate that mam. And she treat the student based on the mark alone. My class adviser at my final semester staff I really like she always so friendly she won't take thing to heart. And also understand the student feeling and do not treat us different. And she always used ot say all are my children, she not only say but also that is what she does. She has suffer a lot because of us and still she is so humble.

If you study well you are good or else you are bad more than that here everyone see the character of the students I hope it's one of good quality from the faculty side

Some things are really good in our college. One of that is their teaching methods.
They provide skilled faculties for teaching specific things.

Everyone having different perspectives about the staffs. One of my favourite staff in my college is my maths sir. We both are talk each other like friends and the thing why I liked him mostly is his teaching method and behaviour. Yes, there will be exam conducted for every month that also useful for us.
