MIET Meerut Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Around 95% students from my batch got placed. Most of the people I know had multiple job offers. A majority of students are placed in companies like TCS, Wipro, etc. The average package would be around 4-5 LPA.

7-semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies who visited our campus are TCS, Wipro, IBM, and many more, There are around 75 to80 percentage students are placed from the campus every year.

Placement of college is around 90 per cent almost all students get placed minimum percentage for placement is around 60% for an average placement of 4 lakhs without any back either back you need to clear it back not matter if it is clear

In the 7th semester with no backlog, you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies like Mahindra, TCS, and Wipro visited in college. 15 -20 % of students get placement. The average package as per the company is 3.2 lac per annum.

From 5-6th semester students are eligible for the campus placement. There are many companies visiting the college and the data are also available on the site. The highest package in 2k21 was 33 LPA which is gained by two students. The percentage of students getting placement is around 85%.

Generally, students got their placements after the 6th semester. Their average pavement provided by the college is 4 LPA. Most of the students get placed because MIET is the reputed college of NCR. After the 6th sem students are eligible to sit any company placement. There are too many companies came to like., TCS, WIPRO, SAMASUNG, TATA STEEL, Mobilite etc. My college also conducted the Amcat exam so that's why on the basis of their marks some students also placed. Most students placed for the Assistant System Engineer Trainee position with an average salary of 3.5 lakhs. For CSE and IT branches more than 90% are placed. But placement is difficult for other branches. They are mostly placed in sales companies, not in their core companies. My plan was to join a good IT firm and learn current new technologies and the culture of that industry for better grooming.

7th and 8th-semester students are eligible to sit in the placement drive on the college campus. companies like TCS< Wipro, Amazon, Pulses, Byjus, AXA Parentrals, Molecular Connections, etc, visit the campus for placement. But I am going for a master's, So I did not sit in the placement drives.

I choose this course as I wanted to continue and pursue my master's degree for better concepts and knowledge gathering that I got from my bachelor's degree and to prepare better for IT jobs. Our faculty: student ratio was 1:40. The quality and qualifications of the faculty were good, and exams used to happen after every 6 months duration, and going through academics helped me a lot.

* The students get eligible for placement from starting of 4th year of course. * The name of the companies visits are Wipro, TCS, HCL, Samsung etc. * The highest package offered in this course is 21 LPA and average package is 3.5 LPA. * This year the percentage of placement is 100% in this course this year.
