Placement Experience:
During final year of your course. College management used to say a lot about future plans to bring good companies. For this, they ask for training & also ask for 10K money. But this is propaganda for eating money only. When a session starts, college administration brings very less no of companies to college and most of them are local. Local companies first ask to pay some money & after that, they will give training. Post that traing period they even layoff the students.

Placement Experience:
Placement and job opportunities are only in Computer science or IT field. Even the Mechanical and Electronics Students used attend computer and IT placements as there were no companies coming around for Mechanical and Electronics. For computer and IT field there were only one or two companies with good name and reputation.The rest were mainly local companies of Chandigarh region.
Stats of placements vary drastically within departments. Where computer and IT departments have around 50% placements. On the other hand Mechanical and Electronics departments had almost 0% placements through campus placements drive as there were no companies of these fields that came to college.

Internships Opportunities:
There were college internship programs of six months of industrial training.
And we have completed 2 projects one in 2 years and the other in the last year.
In 2nd year we completed the single slider crank chain and in the fourth year, we completed automatically car jack.

Placement Experience:
We used to have proper training and sessions for the placements. In the second last semester, there used to be extra classes with great staff called from outside to train students. In our batch we had, wipro, HCL, Amdocs, Emerson and many companies to placements.

Our college has been ranked one of the best in the region. We have around 7 campuses across the country and all of them held many drives and conventions related to placements. The TPO was a great support and helped every single student to get jobs. They promised jobs for everyone who deserved and made it happen.

Not a lot of companies had come to the college for placements due the downfall in mechanical sector. Bosch and maruti came and offered good packages of 8.5 lacs and 6.5 lacs respectively.
