There are 8 specializations in B.Tech. course and they are mentioned in the table below:

Saroj Institute of Technology and Management B.Tech and B.Pharm. Eligibility 

To be eligible for the B.Tech/B.Pharm. program, the candidates must have passed intermediate examination of UP Board or 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized board or university securing:

(i) 45% (40% for Sc/ST) marks in total of required subject combination (compulsory & optional) and

(ii) 40% (35% for SC/ST) marks in each compulsory and optional subject of this combination.

Eligibility for B.Tech Lateral Entry

Candidates must have passed 3-years Diploma in Engineering course securing 60% marks in aggregate or 3-years B.Sc. degree with Mathematics as compulsory subject with 60% marks in aggregate and 40% (35% for SC/ST) marks in Mathematics to be eligible for B.Tech Lateral entry.

Eligibility for B.Pharma. Lateral Entry

Candidates must have passed Diploma in Pharmacy with 60% marks in aggregate to apply for B.Pharma. Lateral Entry.

Saroj Institute of Technology and Management B.Tech Selection Criteria

The selection criteria for admissions to B.Tech courses is as follows:

• Candidates are required to appear in the JEE Mains entrance exam. 
• Candidates need to obtain a valid score in this exam.
• On the basis of performance in the entrance exam, a merit list will be announced.
• Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear in the UPTAC Counselling process.
• During this counselling, candidates have to register online, upload their documents and pay the counselling fee. 
• Upon successful document verification, candidates will receive and OTP for choice filling.
• Candidates need to fill maximum choice of course and college (SITM) as per their preference.
• On the basis of choices filled, merit secured and availability of seats, candidates will be allotted a seat.
• Students need to select either of the options from Freeze, Float or Withdrawal.
• After this selection, candidates need to report at the allotted college along with their documents for further admission formalities.

At PG level, SITM offers M.Tech and M.Pharma. course, details of which are tabulated below:

The institute offers both M.Tech and M.Pharma. under 4 specializations with an intake of 18 seats in each. The table shows all the specializations.

Saroj Institute of Technology and Management M.Tech./M.Pharma. Eligibility 

• For admission in M.Tech./M.Pharma., candidates must have passed B.Tech. and B.Pharma. degree respectively with 60% marks. 
• Candidates must have obtained 75 percentile in GATE or they must fall in the list of 25% top graduates at UPTU or must have sured first division with honors.

OR 

• Candidates must have first division in a relevant degree with 2 years experience of teaching/ research/ industry.

Saroj Institute of Technology and Management M.Tech./M.Pharma. Selection Criteria 

The selection criteria for admissions to M.Tech courses is as follows:

• The admissions to M.Tech course is based on the marks obtained in GATE exam or the candidates must fall in the top 25% graduates of UPTU.
• Those who have a valid score in the entrance exam are called for the counselling process.
• The final selection is done on the basis of counselling based on choice filling, rank obtained and availability fo seat.

The institute also offers MBA course at PG level. Refer to the table containing information regarding the same.

Candidates can select any specialization among 5 specializations offered by SITM.

Eligibility 

The minimum requirement for MBA course include three-year degree courses in any discipline with at least 45% (40% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate. 

Saroj Institute of Technology and Management MBA Selection Criteria

The selection criteria for admissions to MBA courses is as follows:

• SITM offers admission in MBA course based on the valid score in UPSEE entrance exam. 
• The qualified candidates who have their names listed on the merit list need to appear in the counselling.
• Seats will be allotted during this counselling based on choices filled, merit obtained and availability of seats.
• If satisfied with the allotment then candidates need to report at the allotted institute for further admission process.
• Also they need to produce their documents while physical reporting at the institute.

SITM also provides admission in MCA course to interested students. The table displays the data related to the MCA course below.

Saroj Institute of Technology and Management MCA Eligibility 

Candidates must have passed a three-year degree course securing 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST) with Mathematics at 10+2 or Graduate level with minimum 40% marks (35% for SC/ST) in Mathematics.

Saroj Institute of Technology and Management MCA Selection Criteria

The selection criteria for admissions to MCA course is as follows:

• Admission to MCA course is based on the valid score of UPSEE exam. 
• On the basis of performance in the entrance exam, a merit list will be published.
• The shortlisted are called for UPSEE Counselling.
• The final selection is done based on this counselling process considering the rank obtained, choices filled and seats available in MCA course. 
• The selected candidates need to confirm their seat and report at the allotted college along with their documents to complete further admission formalities.
