In order to get admission in Selvam College of Technology in B. Tech biotechnology program, the student should have completed class 12 with at least 50 percent marks then they will have to give the entrance exam TNEA. on merit basis, the students will be called for the admission.

I have given selection tests .I finished the test with 150 and got name in their legitimacy list and went to directing however my companions and my school teachers attempt GATE test and got great score.

I filled the application form and gave the TNEA exam on which the merit list is prepared by the college. The merit list is released on the specified date after which students are called to officially take the admission.

In order to get admission, one must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with English as one of the Languages and obtained a Minimum of 45% of Marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Bio- Technology / Biology / Electronics / Computer. Students awaiting results can also apply on provisional basis. And as I satisfied all the requirements I managed to get a seat in this college.

The college takes care of students needs and so is blend with everything that a student might require and ask for. Here people are so friendly that you will feel like all are your own relatives. The festivals are celebrated together by organizing theme activities.

The college was more than expected. I loved here so much. You will learn life lessons and many other things apart from academics, which are actually important to be in a job life or basically anywhere. Also you will not go back home feeling fatigued.

The college offers admission to the students on the basis of marks obtained in TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission) exam . You have to fill an online application form in order to get registered for the exam . The cut off is moderate for this college and you need to study a bit to get through this college .

positive is a less fees good infrastructure Hostel, Mess is good, transportation is good good scholarship loan facility.negative is a less placement and less Experience staff Workshops, Cultural Societies is less important.

Over all needed fence are there for all the prohibited activities. Additional care for sports from management.

While I got a seat in my college at the time only two building's are there. After we requested for more infra structure the give more space like near by five building's they were established.
