ShaShib College of Engineering Chikkaballapur Faculty

There were almost 30 professors in our college, they all were PH. D holders and many of them had a Industrial experience as well, they always helped each and every Student in there difficult time, Professor were like a friend to all the Students, Prof. Ashok was my fav mentor.

Most of the faculties are only BE holder or B. tech holder. Very less faculties were M. tech holder and no phd holders. Faculties are student-friendly and they are helpful but number of facilities are very less in each and every department. No faculties were not interested to come to this college as there are lot of salary issue.

Here in this college, the qualifications of every professor is a minimum of Master's degree and the teaching technique is understood by all students. Here teacher's interaction with students is good. The teachers are very supportive to us.

I'm in Aeronautical course. In each initial semester, there are almost 7-8 subjects. Labs are also conducted in a well manner. Lab instructors are also very good. All the necessary equipment are available in the labs. Anyone can understand things very practically.

Very less faculties. As students are less, faculties are also less. No PhD holder lectures over here. Very few are mtech holder and rest are inexperienced and btech holder. Somehow faculties are hard worker and they manage to complete the course.

The faculty of the college is very well as the college is a part of very vast group, the faculty here has experience in most of the practical fields they can go, but still they don't teach very well because of their inconsistency with the course.

Here qualifications of every professor is upto Master degree. But the teaching technique is understood able by students. Here teacher's are interaction between students are good.
